Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif, un ensemble comprenant le dispositif et son procédé d'utilisation, le dispositif comprenant un élément allongé s'étendant entre une première extrémité et une seconde extrémité, et un segment proximal à la seconde extrémité s'étendant le long d'un axe longitudinal X, ledit segment comprend au moins une cavité s'étendant axialement le long d'au moins une partie dudit segment et une surface externe ayant une circonférence C; et une ou plusieurs lames ayant un bord coupant périphérique à C, et la ou les lames s'étendant le long d'au moins une partie dudit segment; la première extrémité comprenant un élément d'engagement destiné à venir en prise avec une unité de préhension comprenant un rotor pour entraîner la rotation dudit dispositif autour dudit axe lors de l'actionnement du rotor et la second extrémité comprenant une pointe de perçage de tissu. Le dispositif, l'ensemble et le procédé sont utiles pour créer un canal dans un tissu mou biologique, tel qu'un canal de drainage dans la zone de limbe sclérocornéen de l'il. Ceci peut être utile pour réduire la pression intra-oculaire.
