Abstract
Il est décrit un processus et un appareil visant à récupérer de léthane, de léthylène, du propane, du propylène et des composants plus lourds dhydrocarbures à partir dun flux de gaz dhydrocarbures. Le flux est divisé en deux. Le premier flux est refroidi, dans le but de condenser lensemble de lélément extensible à une basse pression et alimenté vers une tour de fractionnement dans une position dalimentation vers le haut de la colonne. Le deuxième flux est refroidi suffisamment dans le but de le condenser partiellement et de le séparer dans deux flux (vapeur et liquide). Le flux de vapeur est divisé en deux. Le premier flux est refroidi, dans le but de condenser lensemble de lélément extensible à une basse pression et alimenté vers une tour de fractionnement dans une position dalimentation vers le haut. La deuxième portion est étendue vers la pression de la tour et elle est fournie à la tour de fractionnement, dans une position dalimentation intermédiaire de mi-colonne. Le flux liquide est étendu vers la pression de la tour et elle est fournie à la tour de fractionnement, dans une position dalimentation intermédiaire de mi-colonne. Les quantités et les températures des alimentations à la tour de fractionnement sont en vigueur pour maintenir les températures supérieures de la tour de fractionnement à un niveau permettant de récupérer la majeure partie des composants souhaités.
