Abstract

La présente invention concerne un élément structural auto-porteur modulaire (1, 10) pour construction de bâtiment d'habitation, comprenant des moyens de contrainte mécanique (2, 3) servant au raccordement à sec mutuel d'au moins un second élément structural modulaire (1, 10). L'élément structural modulaire présente une densité variable le long d'au moins une direction de référence (4). L'invention concerne en outre une structure de bâtiment (17) comprenant une pluralité d'éléments structuraux (1, 10) qui sont contraints les uns avec les autres à l'aide desdits moyens de contrainte (2, 3), ainsi qu'un procédé de construction de la structure de bâtiment (17).
