Abstract

In a row house in which a plurality of dwelling units are arranged, a parting wall (1) between each dwelling unit includes a plurality of strength-bearing wall bodies (2) arranged in a wall width direction, and a beam (4) connecting upper ends of the respective wall bodies, and a non-strength-bearing wall body (3). Each strength-bearing wall body (2) is a member that bears an axial force and a horizontal force of the house and is a precast wall body (2) made from precast concrete. The beam (4) includes a plurality of precast beam bodies (14), which are beam bodies made from precast concrete. The non-strength-bearing wall body (3) is a fire-resistant member.
