Abstract
La présente invention concerne un produit de fonderie qui a une couche barrière en alumine ayant une stabilité encore améliorée et qui peut présenter une résistance à l'oxydation, une résistance à la cémentation, une résistance à la nitruration, une résistance à la corrosion et similaire supérieures lorsqu'il est utilisé dans des atmosphères à haute température. Le produit de fonderie selon la présente invention en est un ayant une couche barrière en alumine qui est formée sur la surface d'une base et qui contient un oxyde d'aluminium, l'oxyde d'aluminium étant représenté par la formule : (Al(1-x)M(x))2O3 dans laquelle M représente au moins un élément choisi parmi Cr, Ni, Si et Fe et 0 < x < 0,5. Le produit de fonderie selon la présente invention a également une couche barrière en alumine qui est formée sur la surface d'une base et qui contient un oxyde d'aluminium, l'oxyde d'aluminium contenant au moins un élément choisi parmi Cr, Ni, Si et Fe qui est dissous sous la forme d'une solution solide, la teneur, en % at., d'au moins un élément choisi parmi Cr, Ni, Si et Fe qui est dissous avec Al sous la forme d'une solution solide satisfaisant à la formule : Al/(Cr + Ni + Si + Fe) = 2,0.
