Abstract

La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de modifier une couche implantable à utiliser avec un instrument chirurgical, qui comprend les étapes suivantes : obtention d'une couche implantable constituée au moins partiellement d'un matériau incluant une température de transition vitreuse et une température de fusion, ladite couche implantable incluant une première forme; chauffage du matériau à une température supérieure à la température de transition vitreuse et inférieure à la température de fusion; manipulation de la couche implantable pour former une seconde forme différente de la première forme, permettant au matériau de refroidir en dessous de la température de transition vitreuse; et libération de la couche implantable.
