Abstract

Il est décrit un système qui comprend des modules de communications, un dispositif portable et une application exécutée sur le processeur d’une plateforme informatique. Le système comprend le placement de chaque module de communications à un emplacement d’un local, dans lequel chaque module de communications transmet périodiquement un numéro unique, l’application détectant et stockant chaque numéro unique. Le système comprend l’application organisant les renseignements de liaison en reliant chaque numéro unique à une fonction et en transmettant les renseignements de liaison au dispositif portable. Le dispositif portable peut détecter une transmission d’un module de communications et utiliser les renseignements de la transmission pour déterminer le numéro unique du module de communications. Le dispositif portable peut utiliser les renseignements de liaison pour déterminer la fonction correspondante et exécuter la fonction lorsqu’au moins un critère est respecté.
