Abstract

La présente invention concerne une capsule de préparation de boisson (200) comprenant un corps creux conçu pour contenir un ingrédient de préparation de boisson, le corps creux présentant une extrémité supérieure destinée à recevoir un liquide dans le corps creux, une extrémité inférieure destinée à distribuer la boisson à partir du corps creux, et au moins une paroi latérale (210,212) entre les extrémités supérieure et inférieure, l'extrémité inférieure étant en communication fluidique avec l'extrémité supérieure ; et une feuille de matériau de filtre (230) s'étendant à partir d'une première position sur une paroi latérale (210) jusqu'à une seconde position sur une paroi latérale (212), ladite première position étant relativement plus proche de l'extrémité supérieure du corps creux et la seconde position est relativement plus proche de l'extrémité inférieure du corps creux, de telle sorte que la feuille de matériau de filtre (230) s'étend à travers l'intérieur du corps creux au niveau d'un plan incliné par rapport à la paroi latérale. La capsule de préparation de boisson peut être utilisée avec un appareil de préparation de boisson dans un procédé de préparation d'une boisson, en particulier du café moulu ou du thé en feuilles.
