Abstract

La présente invention concerne généralement de nouvelles méthodes et compositions permettant d'utiliser des facteurs de reprogrammation d'ingénierie génétique pour la création de cellules souches pluripotentes induites (iPSCs) par un processus régulé cinétiquement.
