Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé de formage par soufflage à grande vitesse pour la mise en forme de récipients en aluminium en utilisant des alliages de départ de corps de boîte 3xxx avec une teneur élevée en produit recyclé, ainsi que des articles fabriqués par ce procédé. Un procédé de mise en forme de récipients en aluminium tel que décrit ici comprend les étapes séquentielles de découpage d'un disque à partir d'une tôle d'un alliage d'aluminium de la série 3xxx ; formation d'une préforme de bouteille par étirage, réétirage, repassage, et bombement du disque ; mise en place de la préforme dans une cavité de moule ; application d'une charge axiale à la préforme ; et injection d'un gaz inerte dans l'intérieur de la préforme avec une pression suffisante jusqu'à ce que la préforme se dilate pour remplir la cavité de moule.
