Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé pour la production de particules d'oxydes à structure cur-écorce qui permet d'obtenir de manière efficace et stable des particules d'oxydes à structure cur-écorce dans lesquelles toute la surface d'une particule d'oxyde servant de cur est uniformément revêtue d'un oxyde servant d'écorce. Le procédé comprend au moins les deux étapes suivantes : une étape 1 dans laquelle les particules d'oxyde servant de cur sont amenées à précipiter dans un fluide mélangé obtenu par mélange d'un liquide de matière première d'oxyde de cur et d'un solvant de précipitation d'oxyde ; et une étape 2 dans laquelle le fluide mélangé est mélangé avec une matière première d'oxyde d'écorce et toute la surface des particules d'oxyde servant de cur est uniformément revêtue de l'oxyde servant d'écorce. (A) Au moins l'étape 1 et l'étape 2 sont effectuées en continu entre au moins deux surfaces de traitement (1, 2) qui peuvent se rapprocher l'une de l'autre et se séparer l'une de l'autre et qui tournent l'une par rapport à l'autre. (B) L'étape 2 est achevée après l'étape 1 pendant une durée prédéfinie pendant laquelle l'agrégation des particules d'oxyde servant de cur ne se produit pas dans le fluide mélangé. (C) Les étapes 1 et 2 sont réglées de façon à ce que la taille de particule primaire des particules d'oxyde à structure cur-écorce soit inférieure ou égale à 190 % de la taille de particule primaire des particules d'oxyde servant de cur.
