Abstract

L'invention concerne un système et un procédé d'orientation de la direction de laminage d'objets métalliques. Plus précisément, la présente invention se rapporte à des systèmes et des procédés utilisés pour aligner la direction de laminage d'objets métalliques dans une orientation prédéfinie dans un système de fabrication à haute vitesse. La direction de laminage est déterminée par la détection de coups de meule sur les objets métalliques. Les objets métalliques peuvent par la suite être transformés par des outils qui ont été conçus pour fonctionner parallèlement avec la direction de laminage ou transversalement par rapport à celle-ci. Éventuellement, les outils peuvent transformer les objets métalliques en couvercle de récipient pour fermer hermétiquement un récipient de taille et de type prédéfinis.
