Abstract

La présente invention concerne une méthode d'identification d'un patient qui est susceptible de répondre à un traitement avec un inhibiteur de la protéine arginine N-méthyltransférase 5 (PRMT5) comprenant : l'évaluation dans un échantillon biologique provenant du patient de la présence d'une modification d'épissage, la présence de ladite modification indiquant une probabilité plus élevée pour ledit patient d'être sensible au traitement avec ledit inhibiteur de PRMT5 qu'en l'absence de ladite mutation ou modification.
