Abstract
L'invention concerne des compositions d'épinéphrine sublinguales qui comprennent des particules fines d'épinéphrine formulées avec des excipients modifiant le pH et des amplificateurs de la pénétration. Les compositions sublinguales sont utilisées pour réguler l'absorption d'épinéphrine au niveau du site d'administration dans la cavité buccale. L'invention concerne également des méthodes d'utilisation thérapeutique des compositions sublinguales pour le traitement d'affections sensibles à l'épinéphrine et/ou pour augmenter la biodisponibilité sublinguale de l'épinéphrine.
