Abstract

L'invention concerne des composés inhibiteurs de protéines kinases activés par mitogène (MAPK). Certains composés inhibiteurs ciblent de manière spécifique MAPK unique telle que MAPK13, tandis que d'autres ciblent de multiples MAPK telles que MAPK13 et MAPK12. Les composés peuvent être utilisés à des fins thérapeutiques pour diverses maladies, y compris le cancer et des maladies respiratoires. L'invention concerne également des procédés de synthèse des composés.
