Abstract

L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la métallurgie, notamment des alliages à base d'aluminium, et peut être utilisée afin de produire des pièces moulées à parois fines de formes complexes par coulage dans un moule métallique, notamment pour des composants automobiles, des pièces de dispositifs électroniques, etc. Cet alliage de coulée à base d'aluminium comprend, en % en poids: calcium 1,5-5,1; fer jusqu'à 0,7; silicium jusqu'à 1,0; zinc 0,1-1,8 et éventuellement un ou plusieurs des éléments suivants: manganèse 0,2-2,5; titane 0,005-0,1; zirconium 0,05-0,14; chrome 0,05-0,15; chacun du calcium et du zinc est présent dans la structure de l'alliage essentiellement sous forme de particules eutectiques. Le résultat technique consiste en l'obtention d'une combinaison voulue des propriétés industrielles lors de la coulée, et en une résistance à la corrosion.
