Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- REVENDICATIONS 1. Complexe (10,100) diminuant la condensation de I'eau, ayant une face interne (12,102) et une face externe (14,104), ladite face externe (14,104) etant orientee directement en regard de l'atmosphere exterieure, et ledit complexe (10,100) comprenant : de ladite face interne (12,102) vers ladite face externe (14,104) : - un substrat impermeable a I'eau et permeable a la vapeur d'eau A (20,26,120,126), un substrat textile B (30,130,400,500,600); et - au moins un metal Ml, eventuellement sous forme d'alliage, depose directement sur Ie substrat textile B (30,130,400,500,600) et formant une couche metallique C (40,140).
- 2. Complexe (10,100) selon la revendication 1, caracterise en ce que Ie substrat textile B (30,130,400,500,600) comprend des ouvertures traversantes (410,510,610) s'etendant entre ses faces externe (34) et interne (32) qui sont libres de ladite couche metallique C (40,140).
- 3. Complexe (10,100) selon I'une ou l'autre des revendications 1et 2, caracterise en ce qu'il comprend en outre une couche de protection D (50,150) de la couche metallique C (40,140).
- 4. Complexe (10,100) selon la revendication 3, caracterise en ce que la couche de protection D (50,150) est une couche metallique et comprend au moins un metal M2, eventuellement sous forme d'alliage, en particulier different dudit au moins un metal Ml de la couche metallique C (40,140).
- 5. Complexe (10,100) selon I'une ou l'autre des revendications 3 et 4, caracterise en ce que la couche de protection D est une couche metallique comprenant du dioxyde de titane, en particulier ledit au moins au moins un metal M2 est Ie titane, plus particulierement la couche de protection D est egalement une couche deperlante a I'eau.
- 6. Complexe (10,100) selon la revendication 3, caracterise en ce que la couche de protection D (50,150) est une couche comprenant au moins un polymere, en particulier ne comprenant pas de metal.
- 7. Complexe (10,100) selon I'une quelconque des revendications 1 a 6, caracterise en ce que Ie substrat textile B (30,130,400,500,600) comprend des fibres et/ou des5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 WO 2023/139143 30 PCT/EP2023/051166 filaments, et en ce que ledit au moins un metal Ml, eventuellement sous forme d'alliage, revet au moins en partie lesdites fibres et/ou lesdits filaments.
- 8. Complexe (10,100) selon I'une quelconque des revendications 1a 7, caracterise en ce que ledit complexe (10,100) a une epaisseur totale inferieure ou egale a 5 mm.
- 9. Complexe (10,100) selon I'une quelconque des revendications 1a 8, caracterise en ce que ledit complexe (10,100) ne comprend pas de couche d'isolation thermique textile.
- 10. Complexe (10,100) selon I'une quelconque des revendications 1 a 9, caracterise en ce que Ie complexe (10,100) a une resistance a la vapeur d'eau (Ret) inferieure ou egale a 50 m2.Pa.W-1, en particulier inferieure ou egale a 20 m2.Pa.W-1.
- 11. Complexe (10,100) selon I'une quelconque des revendications 1 a 10, caracterise en ce que la face externe (14,104) du complexe (10,100) est deperlante a I'eau.
- 12. Complexe (10,100) selon I'une quelconque des revendications 1 a 11, caracterise en ce que la face externe (14,104) du complexe (10,100) a une emissivite inferieure ou egale a 0,50.
- 13. Complexe (10,100) selon I'une quelconque des revendications 1 a 12, caracterise que ledit au moins un metal Ml est choisi dans la liste consistant en : l'aluminium, l'argent, I'or, l'acier inoxydable, Ie zinc, I'etain, Ie plomb, Ie cuivre, Ie titane, Ie nickel, Ie chrome, et un melange de ces derniers.
- 14. Complexe (10,100) selon I'une quelconque des revendications 1 a 13, caracterise en ce que la face interne (12,102) du complexe (10,100), en particulier constituee par Ie substrat impermeable a I'eau et permeable a la vapeur d'eau A (20,26,120,126), est orientee en fonctionnement directement en regard de I'usager ou de I'objet a proteger de la condensation.
- 15. Article (300) comprenant au moins un complexe (10,100) selon I'une quelconque des revendications 1 a 14, caracterise en ce que ledit article (300) est choisi dans la liste comprenant : un dispositif de protection de la pluie et/ou du vent (305) comprenant une zone d'abri (310,315), en particulier choisi parmi : un sur-sac de protection d'un sac de couchage, une tente (305), un auvent, une bache de protection, un parapluie, un parasol, un rideau, et un store ; et un vetement de protection contre la pluie et/ou Ie vent.5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 WO 2023/139143 31 PCT/EP2023/051166
- 16. Article (300) selon la revendication 15, caracterise en ce que Ie complexe (10,100) forme au moins en partie un toit mono-paroi ou un ecran mono-paroi du dudit dispositif de protection de la pluie et/ou du vent (305), en particulier d'une tente (305), d'un auvent ou d'un sur-sac de couchage.
- 17. Tente (305) caracterisee en ce que ladite tente (305) comprend un toit dont au moins une partie est mono-paroi, et en ce que ladite tente comprend au moins un complexe (10,100) selon I'une quelconque des revendications 1a 14 formant ladite au moins une partie mono-paroi.
- 18. Procede de fabrication d'un complexe (10,100) limitant la condensation de I'eau ayant des faces interne (12,102) et externe (14,104), ladite face externe (14,104) etant orientee directement en regard de l'atmosphere exterieure, notamment selon I'une quelconque des revendications 1 a 14, caracterise en ce qu'il comprend les etapes : a- une etape de fourniture d'au moins un substrat textile B (30,130,400,500,600) ayant une face interne (32) et une face externe (34), b- une etape de depot d'un substrat impermeable a I'eau et permeable a la vapeur d'eau A (20,26,120,126) sur la face interne (32) dudit substrat textile B (30,130,400,500,600), c- une etape de depot d'une couche mince d'au moins un metal Ml, eventuellement sous forme d'alliage, directement sur la face externe (34) du substrat textile B (30,130,400,500,600) pour fabriquer une couche metallique C (40,140), en particulier I'etape de depot d'une couche mince est une etape de depot physique en phase vapeur; d- optionnellement une etape de depot, sur la face externe (44) de la couche metallique C (40,140), d'une couche de protection D (50,150) de ladite couche metallique C (40,140).
- 19. Procede de fabrication selon la revendication 18, caracterise en ce que lesdites etapes sont effectuees dans cet ordre : a- une etape de fourniture d'au moins un substrat textile B (30,130,400,500,600) ayant une face interne (32) et une face externe (34), puis c- une etape de depot d'une couche mince d'au moins un metal Ml, eventuellement sous forme d'alliage, directement sur la face externe (34) du substrat textile B (30,130,400,500,600) pour fabriquer une couche metallique C (40,140), en particulier I'etape de depot d'une couche mince est une etape de depot physique en phase vapeur; puis d- optionnellement une etape de depot, sur la face externe (44) de la couche metallique C (40,140), d'une couche de protection D (50,150) de ladite couche metallique C (40,140) ; etWO 2023/139143 32 PCT/EP2023/051166 b- une etape de depot d'un substrat impermeable a I'eau et permeable a la vapeur d'eau A (20,26,120,126) sur la face interne (32) dudit substrat textile B (30,130,400,500,600). 5
- 20. Procede selon I'une ou l'autre des revendications 18 et 19, caracterise en ce que I'etape d) est une etape de depot d'une couche mince de la couche de protection D (50,150), en particulier une etape de depot d'une couche de protection metallique D comprenant du dioxyde de titane. 10

Utilisation d'un complexe (10,100) selon I'une quelconque des revendications 1 a 14, ou susceptible d'etre obtenu par la mise en oeuvre du procede selon I'une quelconque des revendications 18 a 20, pour la fabrication d'un article (300) limitant, voir supprimant, la condensation de I'eau selon une paroi interieure, en particulier pour la fabrication d'au moins une partie mono-paroi d'un toit d'une tente (305).
