Description
Color solution and process for its preparation. The present invention relates to a color solution whose novelty is based on a content of 10 to 20% malic acid. and a method for producing this solution, which is advantageous for dyeing and printing textile goods, wood, paper, feathers, leather, fur, straw, tagal plastics. are used and here, without the use of heat, quickly bezw even and rub-fast dyeings. Can deliver prints.
The new dye solution can also have a content of Ta.nnin oller in a - #, 'ground @ mittel, or at the same time of T annin and a thickener.
The following examples illustrate the manufacturing process and composition of the new color solution.
Example I: 1 gram of basic dye is dissolved in 5 grams of acetic acid (40%) and 20 grams of boiling water, then 52 grams of tragacanth starch thickening and 2 grams of tannin are added. Then 20 grams of malic acid are added; and when the solution is complete, the color solution is ready to use.
Example II: 1 gram of basic dye is dissolved. iii 5 grams of acetic acid (40%) and 20 grams of boiling water. 42 grams of cold water, 10 grams of ganth starch thickening, 2 grams of tannin and 20 grams of malic acid are then added.
Example 1II: 1 g acid dye and 5 g acetic acid (40%) are dissolved in 20 g boiling water; 44 grams of cold water, 10 grams of tragacanth starch thickening and 20 grams of malic acid are added to this.
The dye solution in this example can be used for dyeing wool and silk.
The color solutions of all examples can not only be used in large-scale dyeing and printing operations on textiles, but are also suitable for use in craftsmanship because of their durability and handiness, as they are a previously unknown, genuine dyeing of textiles, e -bury vveben by simply painting with a brush or spraying. The same use extends to paper, straw, leather, wood, feathers, furs, plastics and the like.
