Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines sauren Monoazofarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man einen sauren Monoazofarbstoff herstellen kann, wenn man die Diazoverbindung des in 4 Stellung acetylierten ?,4-Diamino-4'-clilor- 5'-sulfo-1.,1'-diplienylsalfons mit Äthyl-ss- na,plitylamin kuppelt. Der neue Farbstoff bildet ein braunrotes Pulver, das sich in Wasser mit blauroter und in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit brauner Farbe löst. Er färbt Wolle aus schwefelsaurer Flotte in sehr egalen, licht- und waschechten, blau roten Tönen an.
Beispiel: 43,3 Teile der Diazoverbindung des in 4- Stellung aeetylierten 2,4-Diamino-4'-chlor- 5'-sulfo-1,1'-diphenylsulfons (erhalten zum Beispiel durch Kondensieren von p-Chlorben- zolsulfinsäure mit 2,4-Dinitro-l-chlorbenzol, Sulfieren, Reduzieren, Acetylieren und Diazotieren - des Kondensationsproduktes) werden in eine Lösung von 20,
7 \feilen Äthyl-ss-naphtylaminchlorhydrat eingetra gen. Die Kupplung findet rasch statt; der entstandene Farbstoff wird alkalisch aus gesalzen und filtriert.
