Description

Mauer.

Fig. 10 veranschaulicht den Querschnitt eines Rundkamins.

Wall. The present invention relates to a wall in which components are held together by tongue and groove.

Some exemplary embodiments of the subject of the invention are shown in the drawings, namely: FIG. 1 shows a section through a corner piece of masonry, FIG. 2 shows a section through a corner piece of another embodiment of masonry, FIG. 3 shows a section according to the line AB of Fig. 2, Fig. 4 is a section along the line CD of Fig. 2, Fig. 5 is a vertical section through part of a chimney top, Fig. 6 is an elevation of a connecting plate of the chimney top, Fig. 7 is a plan 8 is a side view of this, FIG. 9 is a top view of an angular chimney attachment, FIG. 10 is a top view of a ring chimney attachment, and FIG.

11 is a perspective view of a square chimney mantle.

In the embodiment of Fig. 1, the wall has corner pieces a, outer Ver connecting pieces d and inner connecting pieces g. The corner piece a has two obliquely to the adjacent, outer connecting pieces d running grooves b and on both sides of the inner edge each a point. Groove c. The outer connecting pieces d have tongues e, which fit into grooves b, but are kept shorter than these. F under the tongues e there is still a free space f in each of the grooves b. This can be filled with a sealant.

The inner connecting pieces g have two pointed tongues h which fit into the grooves' c which have the same shape. There is also a cavity i between the two springs h in the inner connecting pieces, which is used for sealing. the joint k between. two mutually abutting connection pieces g is filled with sealant. At the same time, the cavity i also serves to receive one end of a connecting rod 1 for other wall parts.

The connecting pieces d and g run against a center piece in wel Ches is also provided with grooves c, engage in the springs h of the connecting pieces.

In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, connecting pieces n are present which form hollow walls. In their grooves engage in these matching tongues p of a corner piece q. In a middle piece there is a groove into which tongues of a middle piece r that closes on this engage. At a joint filling s there is a spring which engages in a groove of the middle piece r. Structures can be produced by arranging such wall parts on top of one another as described.

In order to obtain a connection between individual layers, they, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, also engage with one another by means of groove u and tongues v. This groove also serves to accommodate at least one reinforcement wire w. In Fig. 4, two of them are provided.

5 to 11 show drawings of chimney walls, in which components are also held together by tongue and groove.

In Fig. 5 to 8 an example is shown in which corner pieces 1 by side plates 2, which engage with dovetail-shaped springs 3 in similar grooves of the corner pieces, are verbun to each other. The dovetail-shaped springs 3 do not go as far as the transverse edges of the side plates, so that interruptions 4, 5, G, 7 are formed. The side plates are so long that they protrude above and below the corner pieces that belong to them. In this way, you get contact surfaces for the corner pieces of the fol lowing horizontal row, where there are no serving for these side plates 2 grooves, making it impossible to remove the corner pieces after making the chimney.

The length of the springs 3 is dimensioned such that they do not enter the area of the next row of corner pieces.

Fig. 9 shows the example of a chimney provided with a jumping corners, which apart from the corner pieces 1 still has inter mediate pieces 11 and 9, in which just if dovetail grooves are available for the tongues of the side plates.

Fig. 10 illustrates the cross section of a round chimney. Blocks 10, which have the grooves for the tongues of the parts 2, each have two sides on the outside which meet at an angle and which guide the air stream into the chimney.
