ship railway for embroidery machines. In the case of the sewing tracks of embroidery machines, it is known to arrange both the stitch plate and the lateral guide bar in a removable manner so that the actual shipping track can be grinded.
Furthermore, on that side surface of the web web on which the stem plate is fastened, a flat milling is provided around the needle channel, so that a small gap is created between the web web and the stem plate, into which the embroidery thread runs through can insert the shuttle through the loop so that it is not jammed between the guide track and the throat plate and then tears off.
Such a milling was previously not provided on the other longitudinal side of the web, that is, where the guide bar is attached. Rather, an attempt was made to snap the latter so tightly to the web that the thread had no opportunity to get stuck between the filler bar and the web. However, experience has shown that this purpose cannot be achieved in all cases.
In spite of the most precise manufacture of the Sehiffehenbahn, it sometimes happened in the company that the thread was jammed at the guide bar and then broke off. In order to completely exclude this possibility, in the case of the present invention there is a Z space around the needle channel between the web and the guide bar. provided in which the stitch thread can be inserted without jamming if it occurs.
Such an improved Schiffehenbahn is shown in the drawing as a Ausführungsbei game of the invention.
Fig. 1 is a view of the shuttle track; FIG. 2 shows a side view of FIG. 1; FIG. 3 shows the shuttle track in the same side view after the guide strip has been removed.
In a manner known per se, the throat plate 2 is on the main body 1 of the web web on one side and the guide bar 3 </ B on the other side > for example fastened by screws. Between the needle plate 2 and the guide bar 3 , the shuttle is guided back and forth on the cleanly machined guide surface of the Balin web 1 . During the embroidery process, the needle is pushed through the needle hole 4 of the stitch plate 2.
Behind this pin locb. the stitch groove 5 is located in the web bridge so that the needle can be moved to and fro just below the guide surface for the shuttle and the thread loop can be moved from the nut </ I during its formation > ut 5 is pushed out and can be safely passed through by the shuttle.
The thread loop is carried along somewhat by the shuttle, so that the thread receives a tension through which it is stretched rather tightly from the piercing hole 4 of the throat plate over the back of the needle to the eye of the needle. Dahnsteg 1. is on both sides so that it cannot get stuck between the needle plate 2 and the web 1 or between the latter and the guide bar 3 . Milled flat so that around the needle channel, 5 between the web 1 and the throat plate.
2 resp. the guide bar 3 narrow spaces 6 or. 7 are formed, in which the thread can be inserted smoothly and without jamming when it slides over the back of the shuttle.
The milling 7 can also be provided on the guide bar 3 instead of in the platform 1 , or formed by a corresponding bulge of the latter his.
