Description

  

      Verfahreu    zur     Herstellung;    eines     clirouihziltiben        Farbstoffes.       <B>Es</B> wurde gefunden, dass ein     chromhaltiger          Azofarbstoff    erhalten wird, wenn man den       o-Oxy        -o-aminoazofarbstoff    aus     P-Naphthyl-          amin    und     2-Amirio-l-oxybenzol-4-sulfosäure     mit     Fluorchrom    behandelt.

   Der so gewonnene  chromhaltige     Azofarbstoff    bildet ein schwärz  liches Pulver, dessen wässerige Lösungen in       dünner    Schicht blau und in     dickerer    Schicht  violett erscheinen. Er färbt Wolle aus saurem  Bade in satten,     tiefgrünen    Farbtönen von  ausgezeichneten Echtheitseigenschaften.

           Beispiel:     35 Teile des     Farbstoffes,    der erhalten       werden    kann zum Beispiel     durch    Kuppeln  von     i3-Naplithylamiri    mit dianotierter     2-Aniino-          1-oxyberizol-4-sulfosäure    oder durch Kuppeln  von     fl-Naphthylamin        finit        dianotierter        2-Amino-          1-li-toluolsulfosäureplienolester-4-sulfosäure     und Verseifen des entstandenen Farbstoffes,

    werden in 350 Teilen     kochendeui        Wasser          geliist,    mit einer     Fluorcliroinlösung,    ent-    sprechend 11,4 Teilen     Cr-2        0a,    versetzt und       Inngere    Zeit am     Rückflusskühler    gelocht.  Hierauf     wird    teilweise eingedampft und durch  Zusatz von     Kochsalz    der chromhaltige     Azo-          farbstoff    aasgesalzen.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chromhal- tigen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den o-Oxy-o-aminoazofarbstoff aus i3-N aplithylaniin und 2-Ainirio-l-oxybenzol- 4-sulfosäure mit Fluorchrom behandelt.
