Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     chromhaltigen    Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden, dass ein     chromhaltiger          Azofarbstoff    erhalten wird, wenn man den       o-Oxy-o-aminoazofarbstoff    aus     2-Aminonaph-          tlialin-5,        7-disulfosäure    und     4-Chlor-2-amino-          1-phenol    mit     Chromformiat    behandelt. Der  so gewonnene     chromhaltige        Azofarbstoff    bildet  ein schwärzliches Pulver, dessen wässerige  Lösungen in dünner Schicht blau und in  dickerer Schicht violett erscheinen.

   Er färbt  Wolle aus saurem Bade in grünen Farbtönen  von ausgezeichneten Echtheitseigenschaften.    <I>Beispiel:</I>  45,7 Teile des     Farbstoffes,    der erhalten  werden     kann.    zum Beispiel durch Kuppeln von       2-Aiiii onaplitlialiii-5,        7-disulfosä        ure        finit    dia  zotiertem     4-Clilor-2-amiilo-l-plieilol,    werden in  350 Teilen kochendem Wasser gelöst, mit einer       Chromformiatlösung,    entsprechend 11,5 Teilen       Ci-z0s,        versetzt    und längere Zeit am Rück-         flusskühler    gekocht.

   Hierauf wird teilweise  eingedampft und durch Zusatz von Kochsalz  die Chromverbindung     ausgesalzen.

   It is then partially evaporated and the chromium compound is salted out by adding table salt.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines chrom- haltigen Azofarbstoffes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man den o-Oxy-o-aminoazofarb- stoff aus 2-Aminonaphtlialin-5, 7-disulfosäure und 4-Chlor-2-amino-l-phetiol mit Chromfor- lniat behandelt. Der so gewonnene chromhal tige Azofarbstoff bildet ein schwärzliches Pulver, dessen wässerige Lösungen in dünner Schicht blau und in dickerer Schicht violett erscheinen.
