      Zusatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent     NTr.        100705       Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     indigoiden    Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden,     da.ss    man einen     indi-          goiden    Farbstoff herstellen kann, wenn man  das     2-Dibromid    des     5-Chlor-2,1-thion.aphthisa-          tins    mit     Acenaphthenon        kondensiert.    Der  Farbstoff stellt ein braunes Pulver dar, das  sieh in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit  blauer Farbe löst.

   Mit     Hydrosulfit    und Na  tronlauge bildet er eine gelbbraune     Küpe,    aus  welcher Baumwolle in sehr echten braunen  Tönen gefärbt wird.  



       Beispiel:     Zu einer heissen Lösung von 392,5 Teilen       2-Dibromid    des     5-Chlor-2,1-thionaphthisatins     in 4000 Teilen Eisessig wird eine Lösung von  168 Teilen     Acenaphthenon    in 1500 Teilen  Eisessig gegeben. Die     Farbstoffbildung    be  ginnt sofort und ist nach kurzem Kochen be-    endigt. Der abgeschiedene Farbstoff wird  filtriert,     ,mit        Alkohol    gewaschen und ge  trocknet.

       Example: A solution of 168 parts of acenaphthenone in 1500 parts of glacial acetic acid is added to a hot solution of 392.5 parts of 2-dibromide of 5-chloro-2,1-thionaphthisatin in 4000 parts of glacial acetic acid. The coloration begins immediately and ends after a short boiling. The deposited dye is filtered off, washed with alcohol and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines indigoiden Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man das 2-Dibromid des 5-Chlor-2,1-thionaphth- isatins mit Acenaphtheno:n kondensiert. Der Farbstoff stellt ein braunes Pulver dar, das sich in konzentrierter Schwefelsäure mit blauer Farbe löst.
