Shoe with device to prevent the wearer's heel from sliding down and up and down from the garment while walking. The object of this invention is a shoe with a device for preventing the wearer's heel from sliding up and down and up and down while walking.
Pads and heel clamps without elastic means have already been provided in the heel portions of a shoe for the specified purpose.
According to the invention, said device is made in such a way that an elastic is disposed behind the lining of the shoe, at least one end of the elastic passing through an opening of the shoe and being secured to a fixing device applied to the shoe, so that the lining is bom bée internally towards the wearer's heel.
The adjustable end of the elastic can be secured by a tie of any shape.
The appended drawing represents, by way of example, two embodiments of the object of the invention. Fig. 1 shows the first example in part Cree cut to show the construction; Fig. 2 in -is a plan view; Fig. 3 is a plan view of the heel of a shoe of another type showing the free end of the elastic brought back to the outer side of the shoe.
Referring to the drawing, the elastic 1 (fig. 1 and 2) is placed behind the lining 2 of the shoe and is connected to the side of the shoe on one side, at point 3, while the other end 1a of this elastic is brought, as can be seen, to the outside of the liner 2 through an opening 2a which is made in the liner. A hook 4 at the free end of the elastic 1 can be attached to the eyelets 5, 6 or 7, which allows the tension to be quickly adjusted according to the wearer's needs. These straws 5, - 6 and 7 are fixed in the lining 2.
In the example shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 three eyelets have been provided but it will be easy to understand that we can provide more or less at will. In the example shown in FIG. 3, the slit \? A crosses the side of the shoe and the end 1'1 of the elastic 1 is brought to the outer side of the shoe where it can be secured to eyelets like 5 and 6, arranged on the outside of said shoe. shoe, or we could establish any other suitable means of attachment for the end of the elastic.
If desired, both sides of the elastic could be brought through openings, into the liner or into the sides of the shoe for adjustment or otherwise. attachment means on the inside or outside of the shoe.
The elastic 1 can be pulled by its free end 11, so as to bulge inside the lining of the shoe as seen in FIG. 1 and thus to form an elastic heel clamp cry forcing a mattress or pad which will prevent the wearer's heel from sliding up and down and up and down.
A reinforcement 9 (fig. 1) of celluloid or other material can be introduced. behind the lining, the eyelets being connected at the same time to the lining and air reinforcement.
This elastic heel clamp for shoes as described above would be established in the shoe during its manufacture and thus avoid the annoying need for the wearer to apply heel clamps as ties.
