Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Teerfarbenindustrie.    Es     wurde    gefunden, dass man ein neues       Zwischenprodukt    der Teerfarbenindustrie,  das     2-Phenylamino-4,6-di-p-o-xy-naphthyl-          1,3,5-triazin,    erhält, wenn man das Konden  sationsprodukt,aus einem Molekül     Cyanurtri-          halogenid    und einem Molekül Anilin auf a  Naphthol, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von       Kondensationsmitteln    und von Verdünnungs  mitteln,     einwirken    lässt.- Das     2-PShenylamino-          4,6-di-p-oxy-naphthyl-1,3,

  5-triazin    bildet ein  gelbliches Pulver, es löst sich in     Itzalkalien     mit intensiv gelber, in     konzentrierter    Schwe  felsäure mit     blaustichig-roter    Farbe.     _    Es  schmilzt, aus     Aceton-Xylol    umgefällt bei  255 bis<B>258'.</B> Es ist ein     wertvolles    Zwischen  produkt zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen.

    <I>Beispiel:</I>  24,2 Teile des     Kondensationsproduktes     aus einem Molekül     Cyanurchlorid    und einem  Molekül Anilin werden mit 15 Teilen     Alu-          miniumchlorid    gemischt und in eine 85    warme Schmelze von 45 Teilen     a-Naphthol          eingerührt    und kurze Zeit auf 120   erwärmt.  Die erkaltete Schmelze     wird    gepulvert, mit    Wasser ausgekocht, in verdünnter Natron  lauge gelöst und mit Salzsäure gefällt. Es  werden so     orangegefärbte    Flocken erhalten.

    Durch Lösen derselben in     verdünnter    Na  tronlauge und Behandeln mit einer schwa  chen Säure wird das     2-Phenylamino-4,6-di-p-          oxy-naphthyl-1,3;5-tria,zin    als     schwach    gelb  liche     Flocken    erhalten.
