Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines neuen Zwischenproduktes der Teerfarbenindustrie.    Es wurde gefunden,,     dass    man     ein    neues       Zwischenprodukt    der     Teerfarbenindustrie,    das  2 . 4-Diamino-6-p-oxy-naphthyl-1 . 3 .     5-tri-          azin,    erhält, wenn man das Kondensations  produkt aus einem Molekül     Cyanurtrihalo-          genid    und zwei Molekülen Ammoniak auf  α-Naphthol, gegebenenfalls in Gegenwart von  Kondensationsmitteln und' von 'Verdünnungs  mitteln, einwirken lässt.

   Das     2.4-Diamino-          6-p-oxy-naphthyl-1.3.5-triazin    bildet ein  fast farbloses Pulver, es löst sich in     Atzalka-          lien    mit schwach gelber, in konzentrierter  Schwefelsäure mit oranger Farbe. Es schmilzt  aus Aceeton-Xylol umgefällt, bei 305 bis 308 .  Es ist ein wertvolles Zwischenprodukt zur  Herstellung von Farbstoffen.  



  Beispiel:  In die 90' warme Schmelze aus 28 Teilen  α-Naphthol wird unter Rühren eine Mischung  von 14,5 Teilen Chlorcyanurdiamid und 10  Teilen Aluminiumchlorid eingetragen. Die  Schmelze wird hierauf kurz auf 7.20 ' er  wärmt, abgekühlt, gepulvert und mit salz  säurehaltigem Wasser aufgekocht, wobei sie    sich in gelbe Flocken verwandelt. Diese wer  den kalt filtriert und vom überschüssigen  α-Naphthol durch Waschen mit Aceton be  freit. Es hinterbleibt so, ein gelbes Pulver,  das Chlorhydrat des     2.4-Diamino-6-p-oxy-          naphthyl-1.3.5-triazins,    das aus salzsäure  haltigem Wasser in feinen, gelben Nädelchen  kristallisiert und durch Behandeln mit Soda  in die salzsäurefreie Verbindung übergeführt  werden kann.

  Example: A mixture of 14.5 parts of cyanuric chloride and 10 parts of aluminum chloride is introduced into the 90 'warm melt of 28 parts of α-naphthol, with stirring.
