Linoleum cleaning compound. The present invention is a linoleum cleaning compound which cleans the linoleum without attacking it, does not change its color and keeps it supple.

It consists of a mixture of beeswax, potash, gasoline, caustic soda, formaldehyde and water. Turpentine, trichlorethylene and amyl acetate can also advantageously be added.

For example, the mixture is mixed in the following proportions: 10 kg beeswax, 30 "water, 50 g potash, 20 kg turpentine, 10" trichlorethylene, 20 "gasoline, 5" weak sodium hydroxide, 3 "formaldehyde, 500 g amyl acetate. The beeswax is boiled with the addition of the pot ash and the caustic soda, stirring constantly, until a uniform, liquid bremish is created. Then let it cool down to 40, then, again stirring constantly, add the remaining ingredients.
