Sie ist dazu in Form eines in das äussere Gehäuse g ein gesetzten besonderen, mit einem eigenen Bodenteil versehenen Innengehäuses ausge bildet, wobei dieses Innengehäuse und die Lu ssere Gehäusewand durch Stopfbüchsen mit voneinander getrennten Gehäusen i., j gegen die )Velle abgedichtet werdet). Das Stopf büchsengehäuse i begrenzt dabei aussen;
Steam or gas turbine. It has already been proposed in steam turbines to prevent direct contact of the equipment with the housing wall by arranging a partition. This partition consists of several parts that are held together by support against the outer housing cylinder. But then the bezw under the influence of pressure. the temperature of the equipment resulting radial expansions of the partition on the housing wall and must be absorbed by this. At higher pressures and temperatures, this can easily lead to difficulties in that the forces that occur give rise to undesirable changes in shape of the housing.
According to the invention is now in steam or gas turbines that work with an operating medium of high pressure and high temperature, in the housing; with radial and axial clearance, but secured against rotation in the tangential direction, an intermediate wall is attached and the housing is protected by this intermediate wall at least in its cylindrical part against contact with your equipment at high pressure and high temperature,
while at the same time the partition can follow the expansions resulting from their contact with the operating medium of high pressure and high temperature essentially without hindrance from the housing, thus avoiding adverse stress on the housing.
In the drawing, two execution examples of the subject invention are illustrated: According to FIGS. 1 and 2, a is the housing end wall. It is made in one piece and connected to the cylindrical longitudinal wall d of the housing by a flange. Inside the housing, an equally cylindrical partition b composed of several parts is attached to it, through which the cylindrical housing wall d is protected against contact with the operating medium of high pressure and high temperature.
On the inside of this partition wall, the guide wheels c of the high pressure stages are used, while the guide wheels of the other stages are arranged on the housing wall. The intermediate wall can take its load from the overpressure of the operating medium in itself, without the outer housing having to be used for this.
In order to reduce the stress on the partition L due to the high pressure operating fluid coming into contact with it, the space between it and the cylindrical housing wall d is connected to the turbine stage immediately behind the partition wall, so that this space is pressurized ent holds, which is smaller than the pressure in the high pressure stages, but greater than the atmospheric pressure.
The partition b can expand freely aelisially and radially with respect to the (-xehätise, but is guided by cams e at four points on the circumference offset by 90 each and thus secured against rotation. If necessary, the partition b can also be joined to the end wall a . cast from one piece.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 2, the front wall of the (xeliäuses with the longitudinal wall consists of one. Piece, but is divided in the horizontal plane. In this case, the partition is expediently designed so that it is the operating medium of higher pressure and higher temperature of the housing wall g completely keeps it away.
For this purpose, it is in the form of a special inner housing provided with its own bottom part, which is set in the outer housing g, this inner housing and the housing wall through stuffing boxes with housings i., J sealed against the) Velle). The stuffing box housing i limits the outside;
the stuffing box housing j inside the space ii lying between the partition and the outer (-T'ehiitise- wall, which is itself connected to a lower pressure level of the lampshade Body f put together.
The bottom part h then at the same time forms the nozzle box L or at least their carrier. The definition of the partition in the housing is done by approaches l; which center the partition wall as close as possible to the shaft against the housing and q by guides m on the housing wall. The partition is also secured against rotation in the tangential direction.
However, it is not prevented by its definition in the housing from expanding freely in axial and radial directions.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 3, instead of using the approaches k for centering, it is of course also possible to combine the two stuffing box housings i, j into a common stuffing box housing that connects the partition and the open, and in this way brings about the centering .
