Description

       Fig.    1 zeigt-eine Rückansicht der Unter  fadenvorrichtung;       Fig.    2 ist ein Schnitt nach der Linie     A-ss     der     Fig.    1;       Fig.    3 stellt einen Grundriss zu     Fig.    1  dar;       Fig.    4 ist ein Schnitt nach der Linie     C-D     von     Fig:    1;       Fig.    5 zeigt eine Fadenspule mit Faden  spulgehäuse;

         Fig. -6 und' 7 veranschaulichen Teile des Erfindungsgegenstandes in perspektivischen Darstellungen. 1 bezeichnet ein zweiteiliges Blechgehäuse, welches mit einer Nase 2 versehen ist und welches Blechgehäuse zur Aufnahme einer Fadenspule 3 dient. Letztere wird am vor teilhaftesten aus Blech oder irgend einem an dern dünnwandigen Material hergestellt und besitzt zwei Scheibenwände 4, 5, die durch eine Hülse 6 miteinander starr verbunden sind. Durch einen Schlitz 8 des Blech gehäuses 1 wird der Faden J7 der Spule 3 entnommen.

      Bobbin thread device for sewing machines. The present invention is a bobbin thread device for sewing machines, in which thread bobbins can be used with a large thread capacity. This bobbin thread device has a housing to be fastened to the machine frame, in which a bobbin case is mounted interchangeably and secured against rotation, and also the thread gripper rotatable, in an annular groove, the housing leads, stores, which latter by one on the to its movement serving shaft be fixed carrier is moved around the bobbin case,

   wherein the bobbin case is in two parts and has a pin in the center on which -a thread bobbin can be attached rotatably and interchangeably.

  It can be used in this device thin-walled, cheap thread bobbins who, which are suitable with large Fadenaufnahmefähig speed to be wound on the market, whereby the winding of the lower thread could fall by the consumer himself. This time-consuming, annoying winding of the bobbin thread onto the usual bobbins when sewing has long been perceived as a great evil in modern machines, otherwise well-developed in all individual parts, especially in the clothing industry, this evil is extremely evident, so that it Need to be able to avoid this inefficient winding of the bobbin thread on the usual bobbins is understandable.

  The lower thread device according to the invention is illustrated in an exemplary embodiment in the accompanying drawing.

       Fig. 1 shows a rear view of the lower thread device; Fig. 2 is a section on the line A-ss of Fig. 1; FIG. 3 shows a plan view of FIG. 1; Figure 4 is a section on line C-D of Figure 1; Fig. 5 shows a thread spool with thread spool housing;

         FIGS. 6 and 7 illustrate parts of the subject matter of the invention in perspective representations. 1 denotes a two-part sheet metal housing which is provided with a nose 2 and which sheet metal housing is used to accommodate a thread spool 3. The latter is made of sheet metal or any other thin-walled material and has two disc walls 4, 5 which are rigidly connected to one another by a sleeve 6. The thread J7 of the bobbin 3 is removed through a slot 8 in the sheet metal housing 1.

   A pin 9, which comes to rest in the sleeve 6, is used to support the coil 3 in the housing 1, the coil 3 being arranged such that it can rotate on this pin, which is fixed in the housing 1, and is exchangeable.

  To accommodate the bobbin case 1, a housing 10 is provided which is fastened by means of a flange on the frame of the machine be. A hinged cover 11 is attached to this housing 10, namely by means of a hinge part 12 and associated pin 13. Middle of a leaf spring 14 attached to the housing, the hinged cover 11 is secured in the closed position according to FIGS. 1 to 4 and also in the open position. A ring-like projection 15 of the cover 11 extends to the rotational path of a gripper 16.

   In this projection 15 a recess 17 is provided, in which the nose 2 of the coil housing 1 comes to rest, such that the latter is secured against rotation in the housing 10.

  A provided in the housing 10 ring groove 18 is used to guide the aforementioned hook 16, which is semicircular and is provided with a tip 19 at one end, which catches the loop of the upper thread in a known manner, to this around the bobbin case 1 around move in such a way that the needle thread is tied off by the bobbin thread. The gripper 16 is moved in rotation by a driver 20 in the housing 10.

   This driver 20 is seated. firmly on the shaft a of the sewing machine serving to move the gripper and protrudes with a flange 21 into the path of the gripper 16 in such a way that the ends of this flange alternately rest against the ends of the gripper, thus loosely one of the 'grinder passages he enables There is a connection between Mit riehmer and gripper. An opening arranged in the housing 10 enables the needle to be inserted into the former, which process is used to form the thread loop. or for grasping the latter by the gripper 16 is required.

   The two coil housing parts are detachably plugged into one another. A on the one part sit zender, reaching into a R.and recess of the other part pin 22 prevents Ver turning the two parts against each other. A spring 23 attached to the bobbin case 1, which is arranged over your outlet slot 8 of the lower thread, acts as a thread brake for the bobbin thread, which is known to be necessary to achieve a good sewing.

   A notch is provided at one end of this spring 23. in wel chem the thread is guided in such a way that when it leaves the bobbin case 1 it passes between the outer wall of the latter and the spring 23 and is then moved upwards through the incision of the latter. When the lower thread runs off, nothing more needs to be done than to fold the hinged cover 11 downward as shown in FIG. 6, remove the bobbin case and open it.

   The empty thread bobbin 3 is lifted off the pin 9 and a new bobbin is placed on the latter, after which the cover 11 is then folded back into the working position after the bobbin case has been reinserted. This is a manipulation that takes about a minute, after which, after this very brief interruption, work can be started again. During sewing, only the driver 20 rotates with the gripper 16.

   As already mentioned, the bobbin case is prevented from rotating with the nose 2, which is located in the recess 17 of the cover 11. The thread spool 3 rotates on the pin 9 as quickly as the thread take-off requires it, but which thread is always held slightly taut by the spring rows 23. A next to the tip 19 of the gripper 16 to an ordered longitudinal slot 24, visible in Fig. 2 and 6, allows the needle the required union path to form the thread loop.

  The bobbin thread device described can easily be built into existing machines. For the thread bobbins a relatively large space is available in the device shown, so that thread bobbins can be used with a relatively large thread capacity. Depending on the thread number, the thread length that can be accommodated on the thread spool will of course be different.

    Such bobbins can be wound by thread manufacturers with different Fadenquali activities and colors and brought into the trade, so that the tailor is given the opportunity to purchase the desired wound thread bobbins, which can be done very quickly without any rewinding in the bobbin case or. Housing 1.0 can be accommodated interchangeably. Since the thread bobbins can also be used as upper thread bobbins, the purchase of the usual wooden thread bobbins can be dispensed with.
