Description

  

  Rauchröhre mit Hut.    Bei kleinen Gebäuden,     wie    bei Wärter  buden und     Stellwerkhäuschen    von Eisenban  nen, werden die darin untergebrachten Öfen  an blecherne Rau     chabzugsröhren,    die über  das Dach hinausgeführt werden, angeschlos  sen. Bei Verwendung solcher     Blechröhren          -sind    aber eine Reihe von Nachteilen mit in  Kauf zu nehmen, insbesondere ist die Lebens  dauer derartiger Röhren     verhältnismässig     kurz, da; sie durch die Rauchgase und .den Rost  rasch zerstört werden. Ausserdem sind .diese  Röhren gute Wärmeleiter, so dass viel Wärme  unnütz verloren geht.  



  Diese Nachteile beseitigt der nachstehend  beschriebene Erfindungsgegenstand. Dieser  ist eine     Rauchröhre    aus armierten Betonrohr  stücken mit an den Enden angebrachten     Fäl-          zon,    so dass dieselben     aufeinandergüstellt    wer  den können.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel einer solchen Rauchröhre mit Hut  dargestellt; es zeigt     Fig.    1 einen Längsschnitt  durch ein Gebäude,     Fig.    2 eine vergrösserte  Ansicht der     Rauchabzugsröhre,        Fig.    3 einen       Sehnitt    nach der Linie     A-B    der     Fig.    2,       Fig.    4 einen. Längsschnitt, und     Fig.    5 einen       Schnitt    nach der Linie     C-D    der     Fig.    4.

      Die dargestellte Rauchröhre mit Hut be  steht aus mehreren Rohrstücken a aus armier  tem Beton, die mit     ineinander        passenden        Fäl-          zen    c an .den Enden versehen sind     und    an  einander     angeschlossen    werden. Das oberste  Rohrstück, welches :aus dem Dache     heraas-          ragt,    ist näher seinem freien Ende mit     rauGh-          saugenden,    von .aussen nach innen ansteigen  den Schrägöffnungen g versehen:.

   Auf dieses  Rohrstück wird der ebenfalls aus     ,armiertem     Beton hergestellte Hut b gesetzt, so dass Re  gen und     Schnee    vom Innern der Rauchröhre  abgehalten würden.  



  Das Fussstück d, auf welches das erste  Rohrstück.     a    aufgesetzt     ist,    besitzt eine seit  liche     Rauchrohreinführungsöffnung    e und  eine durch ein leicht     abnehmb!ares    Reini  gungstürchen f abgeschlossene     Reinigungs-          öffnung.

When using such sheet metal tubes, a number of disadvantages are to be taken into account, in particular the life of such tubes is relatively short because; they are quickly destroyed by the smoke and the rust. In addition, these tubes are good heat conductors, so that a lot of heat is wasted.



  The subject of the invention described below eliminates these disadvantages. This is a smoke pipe made of reinforced concrete pipe pieces with a seam at the ends so that they can be put on top of each other.



  In the drawing, an execution example of such a smoke pipe is shown with a hat; 1 shows a longitudinal section through a building, FIG. 2 shows an enlarged view of the smoke outlet pipe, FIG. 3 shows a section along the line A-B of FIG. 2, FIG. 4 shows a. Longitudinal section, and FIG. 5 a section along the line C-D in FIG. 4.

      The smoke pipe shown with a hat consists of several pipe pieces a made of reinforced concrete, which are provided with interlocking folds c at the ends and are connected to one another. The uppermost piece of pipe, which: protrudes from the roof, is provided, closer to its free end, with rough-sucking inclined openings that rise from the outside to the inside.

   The hat b, which is also made of reinforced concrete, is placed on this piece of pipe so that rain and snow would be kept from inside the smoke pipe.



  The foot piece d on which the first pipe section. a, has a flue pipe inlet opening e on the side and a cleaning opening closed off by an easily removable cleaning door f.

PATENT CLAIM: Smoke tube with hat, characterized in that it is made from reinforced concrete pipe pieces placed one on top of the other with interlocking rabbets attached to the ends.
