Description

I>c', d'</I> anzuordnen.

Die Federn werden in den Abständen der Mittellinien der Drähte a, <I>b,</I> <I>c, d</I> und satzweise voneinander isoliert so auf den Querträgern Q befestigt (Fig. 5), dass jedem Draht<I>a, b, c, d</I> je eine Feder<I>a', b',</I> c', d' entspricht. In der Ruhelage liegen alle Federn a', b',<I>c', d'</I> gegen eine feste Stützplatte St.

I>b', c , d'</I> gelan gen, siehe gestrielielte Linien, oberste Kreu zung Fig. 2.

I>b, c, d</I> gedrückt.

I>b', c', d'</I> weg. Die Federn <I>a', b', e', d'</I> werden vom Kupplungsglied K an ihrer Bieg ngsstelle getroffen. Die Be wegung drückt die freien Enden der Federn a',<I>b', c', d'</I> zuerst an die Leiter a, <I>b,</I> e. <I>d</I> an.

B. ä <I>,</I> den Steg des Kammes<I>A'</I> dar.

I>b', c', d'</I> dar. B.

Dement sprechend müssen auch die Drähte a, <I>b,</I> c"d satzweise in Ebenen angeordnet werden.

Telephone dialer. The invention relates to a dialer for telephone systems in which the conductors are arranged in groups that cross each other term. The leaders of one group, e.g. B. incoming lines consist of straight, stiff, bare conductors, e.g. B. Wir th or profile bars, while the head of the other group, z. B. outgoing lines are connected with cantilevered springs that are attached behind the heads of the first group. A coupling member is provided at each crossing point to connect the crossing lines.

According to the invention, all bare conductors of the same name of the individual conductor groups are arranged in one plane and the associated contact points of the springs tensioned on one side in a second plane immediately behind the first-mentioned plane in such a way that the pressure of the coupling member to establish contact between the free ends the clamped springs and the stiff ladders is directed perpendicular to these ladders.

Figs. 1 to 5 represent a Ausfüh approximate form of the selector; Figures 6 to 10 illustrate another embodiment of the selector; 11 and 13 show details and modifications of the voter arrangements according to FIGS. 1 to 10.

Figures 1, 2, 3 are plan, side and front views of a voter. The conductors a, <I> b, c, d, </I>, for example outgoing connection lines, are bare, stiff, round wires that are stretched out in the door frame R and, if necessary, are held by stiffeners. The door R can be turned on the hinge P. The center lines of the wires a, <I> b, c, d </I> form a plane, the front warid of the voter.

Fixed cross members Q from interchangeable on the door R are perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the wires and parallel to their plane. They are used to attach the springs cä ', b', <I> c ', d' </I> (Fig. 5). A set of four of these springs a ', b', <I> c ', d' </I> is to be arranged for each connection point. If necessary, a set can consist of more or less than four springs. The springs a ', b', c ', <I> d' </I> are stamped pieces of the same type, and their free ends are also bent with the same tools.

The springs are attached to the crossbeams Q at the intervals of the center lines of the wires a, <I> b, </I> <I> c, d </I> and insulated from one another in sets so that each wire <I> a, b, c, d </I> corresponds to one spring each <I> a ', b', </I> c ', d'. After screwing, the soldering tips L (Fig. 5) are bent at different angles so that the free ends of the soldering tips of the a'-springs among themselves, the K-springs among themselves, etc. are switched multiple times by a bare wire Db each can. In the rest position all springs a ', b', <I> c ', d' </I> lie against a fixed support plate St.

The fixed frame F carries with the angles P to the frame P and the drive device of the selector. At the upper and lower ends of the frame I 'each a cross rail A is attached, of which only the upper rail A is shown in FIG. For one set of the wires a, b, c, d, a shaft TV is rotatably mounted in tips Sp; the tips Sp are adjustable and screwed into the cross rails A.

The shaft W carries a pin B or the like for each contact spring set ä, <I> b ', c', d '</I>. Furthermore, an armature N is attached to the shaft TV, for example in its upper end (Fig. 2), and is exposed to the action of a magnet <I> MW </I> in such a way that when the magnet <I> MW </ I> the shaft is twisted and the pins B move against the front wall of the selector. After de-energizing the magnet MW, a spring G pulls the shaft W back into the rest position.

The coupling members K (Fig. 4) be available from U-shaped sheet metal frame, the open end of which is closed by an insulating pressure plate Js. The frames are rotatably mounted about an X axis. The axis X is fixed in the armature <I> N, </I> of a magnet <I> MA </I>, the armature itself is rotatably mounted in the frame F. The armature is under the influence of a magnet 112A. When it is excited, all of the coupling members K fastened to the armature N, are moved vertically against the front plane of the selector.

The frame K of a coupling member has on its rear part an extension F (FIG. 2) which runs perpendicular to the central plane of the frame K. The anchors N are now supported in such a way that the free ends of the extensions Y (FIG. 2) are at the same level as the pins B '.

In the rest position, the position is as shown in FIG. 2, the topmost intersection in solid lines. If the shaft TV is rotated, the pins B meet the continuation sets V of all coupling links along the entire shaft 1F. The pins B thus rotate the frames h upwards, to the extent that the pressure plates Js come behind the bow of the contact springs a ', <I> b', c, d '</I>, see stalked lines, top crosses Fig. 2.

After this movement, one of the magnets a1 A is excited, for example magnet NA <I> 1. </I> The magnet rotates its armature N ,, and the armature moves the coupling members K towards the front wall of the selector. Since only one shaft TV was twisted, only a frame K of the anchor N, is lifted, and only one set of springs ä <I>, b ', c', d '</I> is pressed against the corresponding wires a, <I> b, c, d </I> pressed.

   With all of the other coupling links of the same armature N, the pressure plate Js rotates away under the springs a ', <I> b', c ', d' </I>. The springs <I> a ', b', e ', d' </I> are hit by the coupling member K at their bending point. The movement presses the free ends of the springs a ', <I> b', c ', d' </I> first onto the conductors a, <I> b, </I> e. <I> d </I> on.

Then the free ends of the Fe countries must move down as long as the coupling member continues to move. This grinding of the free ends of the springs <I> ä, b ', </I> c', <I> d '</I> on the bare conductors a, <I> b, c, d </I> is desirable to remove dust and other contaminants. After the magnet MA 1 has responded, the shaft W does not need to be rotated. The magnet MTV is de-excited, while the magnet <I> M A 1 </I> remains excited during the entire occupancy period.

If the magnet 112A <I> I </I> is de-excited, all parts return to the rest position under the action of a spring.

If a plane (E, Fig. 12) is laid through the center lines of the wires a, b, c, d in FIG. 12, and a plane is also imagined for the contact points of the free ends of the springs (E2, Fig. 12), the two planes are parallel and close to one another. In the rest position, no parts of the springs penetrate the plane of the bare wires, so that when the wires are arranged on a swingable frame, no interlocking parts need to be released when the frame is opened. There is therefore no need to fear a change in the adjustment.

In FIG. 1 it can be seen that the coupling member K hits the springs approximately in the middle between their fastening points and their free ends. The movements of the free ends are thus doubled. The movements are large and the adjustments can therefore be gross. The number of different voter parts is small and the same parts are often repeated, so that the most important requirement of mass production is met.

In Fig. 13 an arrangement is shown which results in a smaller height of the selector. Fig. 13 shows only the changes ge compared to FIG. 2, the other parts blei ben, as in Fig. 2, exist. The screwing surface of the crossbeams lies horizontally in FIG. 13, the soldering tips L slide into the space that remains unused above the coupling members K in FIG.

6 to 10, another implementation of the invention is shown. The purpose of this embodiment is to avoid soldering points, such as those on the soldering tips L for fastening the bare wires D-b in FIG. 5 are necessary. In Fig. 10 the springs, e.g. B. ä, punched out as a combs A ', while the multiple circuit of the same named springs, z. B. ä <I>, </I> represents the web of the comb <I> A '</I>.

6 shows (compared to FIG. 2) a different type of engagement of the coupling members g on the springs a ', b', c ', d'. According to FIG. 6, the contact point is between the attachment point and point of application of the force, while according to Fig. 2, the order of these points is different. It can be the task of forming the contact points from precious metal. For this you can use the conductors a, b, c, d (wires) made of precious metal or a galvanic with precious metal (e.g.

Silver or silver-gold alloy) coated wire and also provide the springs <I> a ', b', c ', d' </I> with a precious metal plate T. FIGS. 8 and 9 represent a variant of the coupling member K which has no fundamental deviations from FIG. 4. The change according to FIG. 6 also has the disadvantage that the four ridges A 'are different from one another. As FIG. 6 shows, the webs of the four combs A '(a', <I> b ', c, d') </I> are one behind the other, and the spring length from the attachment point to the contact point is for the four Different combs.

The arrangement according to FIG. 11 allows the same punch to be used for the four combs. The four combs <I> A '</I> (a', <I> b ', </I> c', d ') are attached one behind the other to the cross member Q, the springs themselves being arranged parallel to one another, creating a graduation the points of contact of the free ends with the wires a, <I> b, c, d </I>. Correspondingly, the wires a, <I> b, </I> c "d must also be arranged in sets in planes. Nevertheless, the advantages of accessibility, coarse adjustment and similar mass parts are achieved.

When using the said spring strips A 'you save the construction of the cross member Q the individual A set and soldering the springs; In addition, the number of fastening screws required for this is much smaller.
