Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines o-Oxyazofarbstoffes. Im Hauptpatent ist die Darstellung" eines o-Oxyazofarbstoffes aus diazotierter 2-Amino- 4-nitro-l-oxybeiizol-6-sulfosäure und 1-(3-Naph- tyl - 3 - methyl- ä - pyi-azolon beschrieben.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass durch Kuppeln der aus Naphthalin-1.2-diazoxyd-4-sulfosäure durch Nitrieren gewonnenen Nitronaphthalin -1.2 - diazoxyd-4-sulfosäure (vergleiche deutsche Patentschrift Nr. 164665) mit 1-R-Naphtyl-3- methyl-5-pyrazolon ebenfalls ein wertvoller Farbstoff entsteht, dessen Chromlack auf Wolle -bordeauxrot ist und sich durch Licht echtheit auszeichnet.
Beispiel: Eine Aufschlemmung von 22,6 Teilen 1-f-Naphtyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon in der zehn fachen Menge Wasser mischt man mit 29,5 Teilen Nitronaphthalin-1.2-diazoxyd-4-sulfo- säure (siehe D. R. P. Nr. 164665) und gibt unter Rühren 10 Teile wasserfreies Natrium karbonat in 10 ,/oiger Lösung zu. Der Farb stoff bildet sich in kurzer Zeit und scheidet sich zum grössten Teil aus. Er färbt Wolle in braunen Tönen, die beim Nachchroniieren in Bordeaux umschlagen. -
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines o-Oxyazo- farbstoffes, der Wolle in braunen Tönen färbt, die beim Nachchromieren in ein lichtechtes Bordeaux umschlagen; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die durch Nitrieren von Naphthalin 1.2-diazoxyd-4-sulfosäure erhältliche Nitro- naphthalin-1.2-diazoxyd-4-sulfosäure mit 1-p- Naphtyl-3-methyl-5-pyrazolon kuppelt.
