  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines festen     Diazosalzes.       Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man durch Um  setzung von     Diazos.alzlösungen    mit freier       p-Chlorbenzolsulfosäure    oder einem ihrer  Salze weisse oder gefärbte feste     Diazosalze     erhält, die sich durch eine gute     Abscheid-          barkeit    bei genügender Löslichkeit und gute  Beständigkeit auszeichnen.

   Zum Beispiel  eignen sich für das Verfahren Lösungen  der Salze von dianotierten     Nitranilinen,          Chlornitranilinen,        Dichloranilinen,    Chlor- und       Nitrotoluidinen,        Nitroaminophenolalkyläthern,     sowie     ortho-Aminophenolaryläthern.     



  Die neuen, so erhaltenen festen     Diazo-          sa.lze    sind wertvolle Produkte für die Zwecke  der Färberei und Druckerei. Unter Um  ständen ist es zweckmässig, ihnen     geeignete     Verdünnungsmittel     undFärbereihilfsproclukte     zuzusetzen.  



  Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines festen       Diazosalzes    durch Umsetzung einer Lösung  eines Salzes des dianotierten     p-Nitranilins     mit freier     p-Chlorbenzolsulfosäure    oder einem  ihrer Salze.  



  Das so erhaltene feste     Diazosalz    stellt  ein Massgelbliches und in Wasser lösliches  Pulver dar.         Beispiel:     Eine     Diazolösung,    hergestellt aus 188 Tei  len     p-Nitranilin,        5,00    Teilen 20     %iger    Salz  säure und 71 Teilen     Natriumnitrit,    wird  mit 710 Teilen einer<B>30</B>     %igen    Lösung von  freier     p-Chlorbenzolsulfosäure        (Molekular-Ge-          wicht    192,5) vermischt.  



  Wenn die     Umsetzung    beendet ist, wird  das ausgeschiedene     Diazosalz        abfiltriert    und       getrocknet.

  The new, solid diazo-oils obtained in this way are valuable products for the purposes of dyeing and printing. Under certain circumstances it is advisable to add suitable diluents and auxiliary dye products to them.



  The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a solid diazo salt by reacting a solution of a salt of the dianotated p-nitroaniline with free p-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid or one of its salts.



  The solid diazo salt thus obtained is a pale yellowish and water-soluble powder. Example: A diazo solution, prepared from 188 parts of p-nitroaniline, 5.00 parts of 20% hydrochloric acid and 71 parts of sodium nitrite, 710 parts of a <B > 30% solution of free p-chlorobenzenesulfonic acid (molecular weight 192.5) mixed.



  When the reaction has ended, the precipitated diazo salt is filtered off and dried.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines festen Diazosalzes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man eine Lösung eines Salzes des diano tierten p-Nitroanilins mit freier p-Chlor- benzolsulfosäure oder einem ihrer Salze um setzt. Das so erhaltene feste Diazosalz stellt ein blassgelbliches und in Wasser lösliches Pulver dar.
