Description
Verfahren zum Befestigen von Absätzen aus plastisch gewesener Masse am Schuhwerk durch Kleben. Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Befestigen von Absätzen aus plastisch ge- wesener Masse am Schuhwerk durch Kleben.
Gemäss der Erfindung erhält der Absatz einen Einschnitt, in welchen ein aus der Schuhsohle herausgebogener, entsprechend langer Lappen hineingedrückt wird, nachdem beide Teile zuvor in an sich bekannter Weise mit einem Klebstoff bestrichen wurden. Das Verfahren ist einfach. Das Vorpressen des Fersenteils der Sohle wird überflüssig. Das richtige Aufeinanderpassen der Teile wird leichter erziehlt. Durch den Einschnitt wird die an der Verbindung teilnehmende Fläche des Absatzes vergrössert.
Im Folgenden wird ein Beispiel des Ver fahrens anhand der Zeichnung erläutert.
Es zeigt Fig. 1 den Fersenteil einer Sohle mit dem ausgestanzten Lappen, Fig. 2 denselben Teil mit herausgebogenem Lappen im Längsschnitt, Fig. 3 einen Absatz mit dem Einschnitt im Querschnitt, Fig. 4 beide Teile in zusammengebautem Zustand im Querschnitt, und Fig. 5 im Längsschnitt.
Am Fersenteil der Sohle 9. ist ein Lap pen B ausgestanzt, der abgebogen wird. Der aus einer Mischung von Zelluloid und Leder staub hergestellte Absatz D weist einen Ein schnitt E auf. Nachdem zuvor sowohl der Absatz, als auch der Fersenteil der Sohle mit Klebstoff bestrichen worden sind, wird der Absatz so auf den Fersenteil gepresst, dass der Lappen B der Sohle und der Einschnitt E des Absatzes ineinandergreifen. Der vor springende Rand F des Absatzes legt sich dabei gegen den Rand des Sohlenfersenteils. Die durch das Abbiegen des Ausschnittes im Fersenteil entstehende Öffnung C wird mit Füllmasse, zum Beispiel Zelluloid, aus gefüllt.

According to the invention, the heel is provided with an incision into which a correspondingly long flap bent out of the shoe sole is pressed after both parts have previously been coated with an adhesive in a manner known per se. The process is simple. There is no need to pre-press the heel part of the sole. It is easier to achieve the correct fitting of the parts. The area of the shoulder participating in the connection is enlarged by the incision.
In the following, an example of the method is explained using the drawing.
1 shows the heel part of a sole with the punched-out tab, FIG. 2 shows the same part with the tab bent out in a longitudinal section, FIG. 3 shows a heel with the incision in cross section, FIG. 4 shows both parts in an assembled state in cross section, and FIG. 5 in longitudinal section.
On the heel part of the sole 9, a lap pen B is punched out and bent. The paragraph D made of a mixture of celluloid and leather dust has a cut E on. After both the heel and the heel part of the sole have been coated with adhesive, the heel is pressed onto the heel part in such a way that the flap B of the sole and the incision E of the heel interlock.
