Description

       

  Magnéto d'éclairage pour véhicule.    L'objet de la présente invention est une  magnéto d'éclairage pour véhicule, caracté  risée par un boîtier en forme d'éprouvette  et par un couvercle fixé au boîtier et sup  portant l'aimant et l'induit, dans le but que,  en enlevant le couvercle, on sorte du bâti,  à la fois, cet aimant et cet induit.  



  Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à titre  d'exemple, une forme d'exécution de l'objet  de l'invention, destinée à être montée sur  une bicyclette ou une motocyclette.  



  La fig. 1 en est une vue en élévation,  le boîtier enlevé; la fig. 2 est une vue ana  logue de ce dernier et la fig. 3 est une  coupe axiale de la forme d'exécution com  plète.  



  La magnéto représentée comprend un  boîtier 1, en forme d'éprouvette, sur lequel  se visse un couvercle 3, portant à la fois  l'inducteur et l'induit.  



  L'inducteur est formé par un aimant per  manent 4, en forme de cloche, possédant    deux pôles séparés par des fentes 3 ; cet  aimant est traversé axialement par un tube  6 auquel il est fixé par l'épaulement 5 de  deux écrous 7 et auquel il reste concentri  que grâce à la rondelle 8 fixée à ce tube.  Ce dernier est vissé en 9 dans le couvercle  du boîtier et porte à l'intérieur les deux  coussinets 10 et 11, le premier monté dans  le couvercle et l'autre à l'intérieur des bran  ches de l'aimant, coussinets dans lesquels  tourne l'arbre 12 de l'induit 13. Le galet       d'actionnement    14 fixe l'arbre 12 en hau  teur et maintient l'induit en regard des  extrémités polaires de l'aimant. La cham  bre 15, comprise entre les deux coussinets  10 et 11, contient de l'huile et assure une  lubrification parfaite de l'arbre 12.  



  Une extrémité de l'enroulement de l'in  duit est reliée à la masse de la magnéto et  l'autre; à une plaque isolée 16, portée par  le bout plan de l'arbre 12 et sur laquelle  appuie un contact à ressort 17, relié élec  triquement à la borne 18.

The object of the present invention is a magneto lighting for a vehicle, characterized by a housing in the form of a test tube and by a cover fixed to the housing and supporting the magnet and the armature, with the aim that, by removing the cover, one leaves the frame, at the same time, this magnet and this armature.



  The appended drawing shows, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the invention, intended to be mounted on a bicycle or a motorcycle.



  Fig. 1 is an elevational view thereof, the housing removed; fig. 2 is an analogous view of the latter and FIG. 3 is an axial section of the complete embodiment.



  The magneto shown comprises a housing 1, in the form of a test tube, onto which is screwed a cover 3, carrying both the inductor and the armature.



  The inductor is formed by a permanent magnet 4, bell-shaped, having two poles separated by slots 3; this magnet is axially traversed by a tube 6 to which it is fixed by the shoulder 5 of two nuts 7 and to which it remains concentric only thanks to the washer 8 fixed to this tube. The latter is screwed at 9 into the housing cover and carries inside the two bearings 10 and 11, the first mounted in the cover and the other inside the branches of the magnet, bearings in which turns the shaft 12 of the armature 13. The actuating roller 14 fixes the shaft 12 in height and maintains the armature opposite the pole ends of the magnet. The chamber 15, between the two bearings 10 and 11, contains oil and ensures perfect lubrication of the shaft 12.



  One end of the winding of the lead is connected to the mass of the magneto and the other; to an insulated plate 16, carried by the flat end of the shaft 12 and on which a spring contact 17, electrically connected to terminal 18, rests.

Claims

CLAIM Magneto lighting for a vehicle, charac terized by a case in the form of a test tube and by a cover fixed to the case and supporting the magnet and the armature, with the aim that, by removing the cover, one leaves the frame , at the same time, this magnet and this armature. SUB-CLAIMS 1 Vehicle lighting magneto, according to claim, characterized in that the magnet is fixed to the cover and in that the armature is rotatably mounted in the magnet. 2 Magneto lighting vehicle, according to sub-claim 1, characterized in that the armature, arranged opposite the ends of the pole pieces of the magnet, rotates in two bearings, one disposed in the cover of the housing, the other between the branches of it.

3 Magneto lighting vehicle, according to sub-claim 1, characterized in that the two bearings are placed in a tube axially traversed by the armature shaft and filled with a lubricant. 4 vehicle lighting magneto, according to claim, characterized in that the end of the armature shaft opposite the yoke of the magnet is terminated by a flat face bearing titi contact connected to one of the ends of the induction coil, a brush mounted in the axis of the induction and carried by the housing, pressing this contact.
