Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes. Im hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Küpenfarbstoffes beschrieben,, bei dem man M@onohalogen- dibenzanthron mit 1-Aminoanthrachinon um setzt.
Es wurde nun gefunden, dass man eben falls einen neuen wertvollen Küpenfarb- stoff erhält, wenn man 1 Mol. Tribro:
mdi- ohlorisodibenzanthron, hergestellt durch Bro- mieren von Isadibenzanthron in Chlorsulfon- säure bei 65 bis 70 C in Gegenwart von Schwefel .als Katalysator, mit 5 Mol. 1 Aminoa,nthrachinon umsetzt. Hierbei kann man in Gegenwart von Verdünnungsmitteln" Katalysatären und säurebindenden Mitteln arbeiten.
Der neue Plarbato.ff löst sich in kon- zentrierter Sehwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe und liefert: auf Baumwolle aus blaustichig brauner Küpe graue bis schwarze, hervor ragend echte Färbungen, deren vorzügliche Wasch- und Beuchechtheit besonders zu er- wähnen ist uzl(d die beim Befeuchten mit Wasser die Farbe nicht ändern. Beispiel:
Man kocht unter Rühren eine Suspension von 40TeilenTribromdichloriso:dibenzanthron, hergestellt (durch Bromieren von Isodibenzan- thron in Chlorsulfonsäure bei 65 bis <B>70'</B> C in Gegenwart von Schwefel als Katalysator, 3,5 Teilen Natriumacetat, 10 Teilen Kupfer oxyd, 57 Teilen 1-Amino,
anthrachinon in 1000 Teilen Nitrobenzol bis zur Beendigung der Farbstoffbildung und arbeitet das Re aktionsprodukt in .der üblichen Weise auf.
