Description

Electric chain guard. The present invention relates to an electric chain guard. The existing electrical K chain guards for looms, be it that the storage device is in the harness or that special slats are arranged, have the disadvantage that sparks arise when the slats sink onto the live parts at the contact points of the slats. Even if they are generally harmless, warp fires have occurred and, in addition, the loosely seated lamellae on the contact did not seem to make the contact firm, because the movement of the loom caused vibrations in the lamellae, which could easily lead to sparks to lead. This drawback is largely controlled in the present crockery.

The slats are provided with the well-known inclined suspension device so that they have a secure contact on top and on the side when they sink down. The current is only fed to the slats when the harness is at rest in the lower position, and the rail is de-energized again before the shaft goes up.

According to the invention, the current is now periodically fed to the respective lower shafts independently of the movement of the dishes and controlled for this purpose by a camshaft or the like.

The subject matter of the present invention is explained in more detail on the drawing in exemplary embodiment, essentially schematically.

Fig. 1 is a perspective front view of the contemplated parts of the loom; Fig. 2 and i show in front view and side view another embodiment of the harness; Ahb. 4 is a side view of the device to identify the broken thread dur; Fig. 5 is an enlarged cross-section of the guard rail with the shaft rod; Figs. 6 and 7 are top and cross sections of two strands made together.

The strands 1 are respectively in a known manner by means of eyelets 2 on a shaft rod 3. a guard rail 4 up and down movable Lich suspended side by side. They consist of electrically conductive material, at least at the hanging end. For example, they can be flat steel strands or wire strands with a corresponding bend.

In Fig. 6 a particularly advantageous shape of the strands 1 is shown, which light made it possible to punch two of the same from a piece of tape at the same time. As shown in FIG. 6, the strands 1 are narrowed on one side below the hanging eyelet 2, in such a way that the two narrowed parts 5 placed side by side together have the width of the hanging eyelet 2. The narrowing 5 is narrower immediately below the suspension eyelet 2, as on the lower eyelet 6. These narrowings 5 have the advantage that the strands 1 are very light and, on the other hand, two strands 1 can be removed from the tape together without loss of material punch, if they are rotated by 180 as shown in Fig. 6, placed next to each other who then the lower eyelets 6 are immediately next to the hanging eyelets 2.

The guard rail 4 is insulated from the shaft 3 by an insulating insert 7. In order to prevent the previously possible bridging of the insulation 7 on the protruding part of the guard rail 4 by metal chips or the like, which are deposited on the upper edge of the shaft rod 3, the upper end of the guard rail 4 is widened ver, as Fig. 5 shows. There is a notch 9 under the head 8, into which the insulation 7 is pressed. This creates a much smoother outer profile than before. The head 8 of the guard rail 4 is provided with a bevel 11 at the top, corresponding to the bevel 10 of the suspension eyes 2 of the strands 1.

The two parts 3 and 4 have current flowing through them in the lowest position. In order to achieve a secure contact, the eyelets 2 are seen above ver with the bevel 11 so that the strands 1 are inevitably pressed against one wall of the shaft rod 3 by sliding sideways on the bevel 10 when Sen ken.

The current is periodically fed to the strand carriers 3, 4 when the shafts are tef-, by a control device located outside the harness. In the solid line drawn in Fig. 1, the parts 3 and 4 are connected by flexible conductors 12 with the two lines 13 Lei. In Fig. 1, a second embodiment is then shown with dash-dotted lines, the current being fed through the suspension device of the dishes. For this purpose, the same is suspended from steel belts 14, which run wel che over insulated crockery rolls 15 and the current is fed to them through sliding contacts 16.

One of the bands 14 is conductively connected by a line 17 to your shaft rod 3 and the other by a line 18 with the guard rail.

In order to feed the current to the harness only at the moment in which it has reached the bottom, a cam 19 is mounted on the eccentric shaft, which feeds the current with the help of the two contacts 20 alternately to the front or rear harness, if they are theirs Reach the lowest position e, which can be easily seen by setting the cam 19 accordingly. The electric circuit is then interrupted again shortly before the relevant circuit moves upwards.

This type of power supply prevents the chair from being put down incorrectly by the harness, which could occur if only one of the strands 7 with a loose thread would sink onto the rails 3, 14 at the beginning of the harness Up until now, loose threads were the cause of malfunctions, which the new current control system has avoided.

On the shut-off lever 21 sits an Elektromoma.gMet 22, which pulls a lever 23 that is mounted on the shut-off lever 21. If the armature lever 2'3 is tightened, as shown in Fig. 1, its free end 24 lies in the path of an ejector lever 25, which is rotatably mounted about an axis 26 and is connected to the drawer 28, for example with the aid of an intermediate member 27 that it is pivoted when it retreats, and that in turn is moved forward. Since the shut-off lever 21 is pressed out of its detent and sets the current passage through the magnet 22 from.

This is achieved in that the parking lever 21 is connected to the power line 29, for example through a contact 30, only in the engaged position.

In Fig. 2 and 3 a design of the harness is shown, which avoids that the lacing of the same has to be done every time a fresh warp is inserted. For this purpose, the frame is arranged so that it can remain in the chair permanently. It consists of a support rail 31, with which the gear is attached to the bands 14, and of side bars 32 and connecting bars 33. At the top of the side bars 32 there are slots 34 in which the braid carriers 35 lie loosely . The lower Litzträger 36 are BEZW as usual between the frame. the side bars 32 releasably clamped by means of springs 37. The upper strand carriers can again be designed according to the embodiment according to Fig. 1 or 5.

When changing the chain, only the upper and lower strand carriers 35 and 36, on which the strands 1 are lined up, need to be removed, while the rest of the frame remains in place. This design also has the advantage that the head of the strands 1 is freely visible and tangible above, so that the weaver can easily find broken threads that are visible through sunken strands 1.

Fig. 4 shows a device that also serves the latter purpose. It consists of a rail 38 which runs away from below the chain and is arranged so that it can be raised. It is pressed by hand up against the warp threads in the case of equal shafts. All of the strands 1, the threads of which are in order, are raised by the resulting pressure and the resulting increased tension and are headed over the harness rods 3, 4, while the strand whose thread is broken, and as a result has no more tension, remains lying down.

In the exemplary embodiment, the rail 38 is raised in that it is mounted on a lever 39 which can be pivoted by means of a handle 40.
