Single drive for vessels. With motor-driven vessels, such as cooking, heating and cooling vessels, the overspeed is low in relation to that of the drive motor, the speed is reduced by large gear ratios such as spur gears or worm gears.
According to the invention, in the case of vessels that are to receive or Serve through. Solid, liquid or gaseous substances, a gear motor is used for the drive, which is directly or indirectly attached to the frame of the vessel. A geared motor is to be understood as a motor that is directly assembled with a single or multiple spur gears. The motor housing or the gear box oder.beide can be provided with fastening elements, such as feet, splashing or the like.
Such drives are, for example, suitable for spherical cookers, drying, heating and cooling cylinders, tanning vessels and others, where the main thing is that substances such as heating steam, cooling liquid, tanning liquor, cooking liquids and the like be conducted through the hollow axis into the vessels. The axis can have any position in space and, here, the drive can attack the vessel axis or any point on the vessel circumference.
These drives have particular advantages in the case of vessels arranged next to and / or above one another in longer rows, such as drying cylinders and; Cooling cylinders of paper machines, tanning vessels, rotating digesters and others.
This significantly reduces the space required for the drive, and the machines are also very easily accessible on the drive side.
Some exemplary embodiments of the invention are explained in more detail below using drives for, for example, drying cylinders for paper machines. In Fig. 1, 1 is the motor, 2 is the built-on gearbox. Both are provided with feet on the bracket 3 grown on the frame 4. The gear motor is connected to the pin 6 of the drying cylinder 7 by the elastic coupling 5.
In Fig. 2 is 10. The motor, 11 the gear consisting of the wheels 12 and 13, on the housing 14 of the motor 10 is flanged. The tube 15 carrying the heating steam is guided through the axis of the spur gear 12. The spur gear 12 sits on the hollow shaft 16, on whose .anderem end a hitch half 17 is attached; the other coupling half 18 is connected to the pin 19 of the drying cylinder 20. The gear housing 14 is attached to the console 22 with feet 21.
Fig. 3 shows an arrangement with a cantilevered pinion on the output shaft of the geared motor in plan. 30 is the geared motor, 31 the cantilevered pinion, which is made wider, than the gear wheel 32 meshing with it, whereby the aclisia.len displacement of the spur wheel 3.2 caused by the heating of the cylinder. Is taken into account. The heating steam flows in the direction of arrow 33 through the bore 34 of the pin; 35.
The motor 30 stands on the causal 37 arranged on the frame 36.
Ab-b. 4 shows an embodiment with arrow-toothed wheels in plan, Fig. 5 in view. 40 is the gear motor, 41 and 42 are the herringbone gears.
Between the double-sided pinion 41 and the gear motor 40 a compensating coupling 43 is arranged, which allows a mutual axial displacement of the coupled shafts, whereby the expansion of the drying cylinder pin 44 caused by the heating steam, as well as the associated axial displacement of the gears 42 and 41 is not transferred to the journal of the gear motor.
An exemplary embodiment for the appropriate fastening of the fitting is shown in Figs. 6 and 7, specifically for a drying cylinder for paper machines into which the steam used to heat the drying cylinder wall is introduced through a cast iron fitting.
Fig. 6 shows a side view of the exemplary embodiment, and Fig. 7 shows a view of the gearbox cover on which the valve for the steam supply and condensate drainage of the steam-heated drying cylinder is arranged.
In Fig. 6, 51 is the drying cylinder whose shaft at 52 is gelaZer-h. 53 is the gear train for the drying cylinder drive and the electric motor, which is located behind the gearbox and is not visible, 54 is the fitting, 55 the steam supply pipe, 56 the pipe for condensate drainage. 57 is one of two bolts with which the armature is attached to the gear cover 58 of the gear transmission 53.
A # b # b. 7 shows a view of the gear cover 5.8 in the direction of the arrow (Fig. F). The gear cover has two bores 59 for one bolt 57 each. The bolts 57 lie in a plane that goes through the axis of the drive. If it is not possible to place the fastening in the same plane with the cylinder axis, it is advisable to arrange them in pairs symmetrically to a plane running through the cylinder axis.
This achieves "that the force exerted by the substance, which is generally under pressure, the axle tension, is not transmitted to the gearbox housing on one side, but distributed equally to the axle.
The invention is not bound to the connecting means selected in the drawing, all examples. Instead of, for example, the bolts, all means serving the same purpose can be used, provided they take up little space.
