Description

  

  Verfahren zur     Darstellung    einer Verbindung mit hydriertem Ringsystem.    Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen     hydro-          aromatischen        o-Dicarborisäur-e..nhydrids,    wel  ches dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man       lIaleinsäureanhydrid        finit        1-Methylhexatrien-          (1.    3 . 5) kondensiert. Die neue Verbindung  ,oll zur Herstellung von Farbstoffen,     phar-          rnazeutischen    Produkten und Riechstoffen     ver-          \vendet    werden.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  Man suspendiert 98     (-xewichtsteile        Malein-          säur#earrhydrid    in 200 cm' Benzol, erwärmt  das Gemisch auf etwa 60   C und gibt 94  Gewichtsteile     1-Methyl-hexatrien-(1.3.    5) nach  und nach hinzu. Schon nach der Hinzugabe  der ersten Portionen des     Kohlenwasserstoffes     tritt eine lebhafte Reaktion ein, die sich       durch    starkes Sieden des Benzols bemerkbar  macht.

   Nachdem die ganze Menge des     Koh-"          lenwasserstoffes    eingetragen ist, erwärmt man  noch etwa     i/-    Stunde auf dem Wasserbade  und destilliert bei gewöhnlichem Druck das    Benzol und     unveränderten        Kohlenwasserstoff     ab. Darauf wird im Vakuum destilliert.  Nach sehr geringen Spuren von     Maleinsäure-          anhydrid    erhält man eine bei 16 mm Druck       zwischen    183 und 189   C siedende     Fraktion.     Bei Wiederholung der Destillation siedet  praktisch die ganze Menge bei Kp.     i,,    182,5  bis 183   C.

   Das erhaltene Produkt stellt  ein wasserhelles, dickflüssiges, geruchloses  <B>01</B> dar.

Das Anhydrid siedet bei Kp. i;; 182.5 bis 183 C und stellt ein wasserhelles, dick- flüssiges, geruchloses Öl dar.
