Description

  

      Verfahren    zur Darstellung einer Verbindung mit hydriertem Dingsystem.    Gegenstand dieses Zusatzpatentes ist ein  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines neuen     Di-          methyltetrahydrobenzaldehyds,    welches da  durch gekennzeichnet ist, dass man     1-bIethyl-          butadien        (Piperylen)    mit     Crotonaldehyd    kon  densiert. Die neue Verbindung soll zur Her  stellung von     Farbstoffen,    pharmazeutischen  Produkten und Riechstoffen verwendet werden.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  68 Gewichtsteile     1-bl:ethylbutadien        (Pi-          perylen)    und 70 Gewichtsteile     Crotonaldebyd     werden in einem Druckgefäss 2 Stunden auf  190   C erhitzt. Hierauf werden der unver  änderte Kohlenwasserstoff und     Crotonaldehyd     bei gewöhnlichem Druck     abdestilliert.    Beim  darauffolgenden Destillieren im Vakuum wird  eine bei     1.1    mm Druck zwischen 63   C und  80   C siedende Fraktion erhalten. Die  Hauptmenge zeigt nach zweimaliger Wieder-         holung    der Destillation den Siedepunkt Kp.     is     69,3-70,3<B>0 0</B>.  



  Der so erhaltene Aldehyd stellt ein was  serhelles, bewegliches, lichtbrechendes Öl dar.  Er besitzt einen nicht unangenehmen, an den  von frischem Heu erinnernden Geruch.

Der Aldehyd siedet bei Kp. is 69,3 bis 70,3 C und stellt ein wasserhelles, beweg liches, lichtbrechendes 01 dar. Er besitzt einen nicht unangenehmen, an den von fri schem Heu erinnernden Geruch.
