      Ziisatzpatent    zum Hauptpatent     Nr.   <B>141535.</B>    Verfahren zur Herstellung eines metallhaltigen Farbstoffes.    Es wurde gefunden,     dass    man einen neuen  metallhaltigen Farbstoff erhält, wenn man  den Farbstoff aus     diazotiertein        1-Amino-2-          naphthol    und     a-Naphthol    in Gegenwart von  Alkalien mit zinkabgebenden Mitteln be  handelt.  



  Der Farbstoff löst sich nicht in Wasser  und nur sehr schwer in Natronlauge. In kon  zentrierter Schwefelsäure ist er mit blauer,  in organischen Lösungsmitteln mit blaustichig  roter Farbe löslich. Die Lösung in     Nitro-          oder        Acetylzelluloselack    ergibt auf Metall  folien blaustichig rote Überzüge.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  <B>6,28</B> Teile des Farbstoffes aus     diazotier-          tern        1-Amino-2-naphthol    und     a-Naphthol     werden in<B>500</B> Teilen Wasser und<B>10</B> Teilen  Natronlauge aufgekocht und mit einer Lösung  <B>Von 5,8</B> Teilen kristallisiertem Zinksulfat in  <B>50</B> Teilen Wasser und 20 Teilen Natronlauge  eine Stunde am     Rückfluss    zum Sieden erhitzt.    Hierauf wird die ausgeschiedene Zinkverbin  dung des Farbstoffes     abfiltriert,    ausgewaschen  und getrocknet.

  <I> Example: </I> <B> 6.28 </B> parts of the dye from diazotized 1-amino-2-naphthol and α-naphthol are in <B> 500 </B> parts of water and <B> 10 </B> parts of sodium hydroxide solution are boiled and refluxed with a solution of 5.8 parts of crystallized zinc sulfate in <B> 50 </B> parts of water and 20 parts of sodium hydroxide solution for one hour heated. The zinc compound of the dye which has separated out is then filtered off, washed out and dried.

<B>PATENTANSPRUCH:</B> Verfahren zur Herstellung eines inetall- haltigen Farbstoffes, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man den Farbstoff aus diazotiertern 1- .Aiiiino-2-naphtbol und a-Naphthol in Gegen wart von Alkalien mit zinkabgebenden Mit teln behandelt. Der Farbstoff löst sich nicht in Wasser und nur sehr schwer in Natronlauge.
