Polarisiertes elektrisches Relais.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen- standes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: L Fig. 1 eine Ansicht des zusammengebau ten Relais ohne den Gehäusedeckel, Fig. 2 den Deckel für das das Relais ein schliessende Gehäuse, Fig. 3 einen Querschnitt nach der Linie I-I in Fig. 1, ans welchem eine Ausfüh rungsform einer Vorrichtung zur Einstelluni;
Polarized electrical relay. The subject of the invention is a polarized electrical relay, with a horseshoe shaped permanent magnet, which has a bridge serving as a magnetic shunt with parts resting on the magnet legs, which bridge in its center in one of the longitudinal arcs of the magnet intersects and on the through both magnet legs are rotatably supported by the plane of symmetry that are perpendicular to the
The points of contact between the bridge and the third magnet legs can be changed.
In this relay, depending on the requirements of the circuit connected to the relay, the influence of the permanent poles on the armature reinforced or reinforced by the magnetic bypass. are weakened in order to prevent undesired current surges from actuating aas' ielais.
A device for fine adjustment of the armature contacts can be provided as an option.
The armature of the relay can be arranged freely oscillating between the legs of the permanent magnet, it being surrounded by a coil that is also arranged between these legs. The relay can be equipped with a protective housing:, t.
The accompanying drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, namely: L FIG. 1 shows a view of the assembled relay without the housing cover, FIG. 2 shows the cover for the housing enclosing the relay, FIG. 3 shows a cross section the line II in Fig. 1, on which a Ausfüh approximate form of a device for setting uni;
the armature contacts can be seen, and FIG. 4 shows a cross section similar to FIG. 3 of a variant of the last-mentioned device.
In Fig. 1, a permanent magnet A is shown, which includes the actuating coil T, in which the armature F is arranged approximately in the axis of the coil. The lower end of the armature -F in the drawing can be or between the magnet poles. the pole extension pieces or pole pieces Ui and U2, the purpose of which is to center the magnetic field in the immediate vicinity of the armature end to move freely back and forth. The armature is mounted so as to vibrate above the coil T on an axis L '.
The course of the magnetic field between the poles of the magnet is influenced by a magnetic shunt, which expediently consists of a lamella B. The lamella B is rotatably mounted at point C of the cover E (Fig. 2), the order is made so that the lamella, when the cover is screwed onto the protective housing H of the relay, rests on the legs of the magnet. As a result of the rotatable bearing, the lamella can be brought into different positions relative to the legs of the magnet.
The lamella B is connected to a pointer D running on the outside of the cover H and indicating the rotational position of the lamella by means of a scale. With the permanent magnet, the coil T and the contacts in the protective housing H are also closed. The screw V holds the magnet firmly inside the housing. The weight X at the top of the anchor is used to balance the anchor on its Y axis.
In Fig. 3 a device for a position of the armature contacts is shown, which allows fine adjustment. In this device, the slidably mounted contact piece l1 is pressed by a spring R against a conical part of the pin N, which pin passes through an opening 0 in the contact piece 31 and is centered the part having a thread is screwed into a threaded hole P in the base plate (@ and can be adjusted in this way.
The rotation of the screw N thus changes the point of contact S of the contact piece a1 with the cone of the pin, and as a result of the large transmission ratio of such a device, even with larger longitudinal movements of the pin N, only a relative amount occurs. - Little longitudinal movement of the slidable contact piece M.
From Fig. 4 it can be seen that a fine adjustability of the anchor contacts can be achieved in a different way by a device who has a one-armed lever designed as a leaf spring for each anchor contact, in which the contact point G is arranged approximately in the center of the leaf spring I. is. The leaf spring is mounted at its lower end in the pivot point L and is under the influence of an adjusting screw J, which carries a lock nut K, in such a way that the adjusting screw engages the upper, free end of the leaf spring.
As a result, the center of the leaf spring describes only half the path of its upper end, and if the upper end of the spring is adjusted by means of the adjusting screw J, the size of the adjustment path occurring at contact G is reduced to half; Of course, however, the distances of the contact and adjustment points from the pivot point L can be in any other ratio depending on the circumstances.
