<tb> wesentliche <SEP> Nachteile.
Folding lid tin can with non-metallic lining. The present invention is a folded lid sheet metal box with a non-metallic lining in which to avoid contact of the contents with the metal of the can as the lining of the bottom and jacket of the can, an insert bag with originally crimped edge is used, which edge is common to the edge of the Lid cladding is folded in tightly between the lid and jacket of the can.
It is known to fill the substance to be packaged into a paper bag inserted into the can and to fold it up inwards and glue it. Experience has shown that reopening such bags is difficult for the consumer, especially because the upper part of the bag has to be pulled through the relatively narrow opening of the push-in lid, which often results in losses and contamination.
The bags themselves are relatively expensive, and the cumbersome nature

<tb> Costs <SEP> caused.
<tb> One <SEP> tried <SEP> to <SEP> avoid these <SEP> disadvantages <SEP> <SEP>, <SEP> by <SEP> one <SEP> between <SEP> can jacket
<tb> and <SEP> lid support ring <SEP> a <SEP> e.g. <SEP> au,
<tb> paper <SEP> existing <SEP> membrane <SEP> with <SEP> your
<tb> Edge <SEP> and <SEP> the <SEP> edge <SEP> of the <SEP> can jacket cladding <SEP> folds in <SEP> and <SEP> can jacket <SEP> and
<tb> Can base <SEP> under <SEP> Include <SEP> the <SEP> RändE-r
<tb> of the <SEP> can casing cladding <SEP> and <SEP> of a <SEP> also <SEP> made of <SEP> paper <SEP> folded over <SEP> base shell <SEP>.
<tb> But <SEP> also <SEP> have this <SEP> lining type <SEP>
<tb> significant <SEP> disadvantages.
<SEP> The <SEP> simultaneous <SEP> folding <SEP> the <SEP> can casing <SEP> and <SEP> bottom lining <SEP> causes <SEP> considerable <SEP> difficulties.
<tb> because <SEP> do the <SEP> jacket cladding when <SEP> folding <SEP>
<tb> nor <SEP> not <SEP> through <SEP> keep the <SEP> filling material <SEP> <SEP> and <SEP> on <SEP> the <SEP> jacket <SEP> is pressed <SEP>. <SEP> The
<tb> Jacket lining <SEP> v-ird <SEP> with <SEP> folding <SEP>
<tb> rarely <SEP> unevenly <SEP> dragged along <SEP> and <SEP> it is <SEP>
<tb> therefore <SEP> often <SEP> difficult, <SEP> then <SEP> the <SEP> above <SEP> bundled cladding in the lid fold.
It also often happens that the jacket lining, because it is already held in the bottom rebate, tears when the lid is rebated, so that the purpose of the lining is not achieved. Finally, it is not advisable to keep lined canisters in stock because the liner material can easily become contaminated with dust in the meantime.
To eliminate the disadvantages mentioned, according to the invention, the casing and base lining of the can, which previously consisted of separate pieces, is replaced by an insert bag whose originally crimped edge together with the edge of the lid lining is firmly seated between the lid and the casing of the can is folded in. This lining prevents the undesired, harmful contact of the can contents with the; Metal surfaces of the can in a reliable manner. Also, after opening the cover, the contents can be removed from the can easily and without damaging the bag. .
The liner bag can be made from a disc in a single turn by pressing. You can either make the bag with the beaded edge forth (Fig. 2) or subsequently glue the edge to the bag made without an edge (Fig. 3). In the former case, the diameter of the disc is equal to the sum of the diameter of the can bottom, twice the height of the can casing and the double width of the beaded edge.
An embodiment of the invention is illustrated in Fig. 1 of the accompanying drawings enclosed.
The jacket 4 and the bottom 5 of the tin box are connected to each other by a fold. The bag 6 pressed out of a disk is located in the can. The lid support ring 1, which is provided with a press-in lid 1a, extends through the can with the inclusion of the edge of the lid lining 2 and the beading edge of the bag 6 with the jacket 4 of the can Fold firmly united.
In Fig. 2 and 3 each an embodiment example of the insert bag before it is inserted into the sleeve, shown, namely Fig. 2 shows the bag pressed into folds with the beaded edge, while in Fig. 3, the edge 7 is glued afterwards is.
The lining, filling and sealing of the tin can described takes place, for example, as follows: The bag, which is finished on a special machine and provided with a beaded edge, is inserted into the lidless can, the metal base of which is connected to the can casing by a seam in the usual way. After the bag has been filled, the lid cladding and the lid support ring are attached and, together with the flanged edge of the bag, are united with the can jacket by folding. In this way it is possible to be able to keep empty, uncovered cans with carved bottoms in stock.
