  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     Azofarb-          stoffes,    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man     4-          Amino-3-methoxyhexahydrodipbenyl    mit     1-          Benzoylamino    - 8 -     naphtol        -@    . 6 -     disulfosäure     kuppelt. Der so erhaltene Farbstoff färbt  Wolle blaustichig rot bei guter Wasch-,  Walk- und Lichtechtheit.

      <I>Beispiel:</I>  Die heisse Lösung von 20,5 kg     4-Amino-          3-methoxyhexahydrodiphenyl    in 30 Liter  Salzsäure     (spez.    Gewicht = 1,1.55) und  300 Liter Wasser wird auf Eis gegeben, da  bei fällt das Chlorhydrat der Base aus. Die  Suspension wird bei etwa 10   mit einer Lö  sung von 6,9 kg     Natriumnitrit    in 50 Liter  Wasser     diazotiert.    Zur Kupplung werden    44,5 kg     1-benzoylamino    - 8 -     naphtol-4.        6-di-          sulfosaures    Natrium mit 43 kg Soda in etwa  500 Liter Wasser gelöst.
