Description

  

  Doppelwandige, um eine untere     wagrechte    Achse schwenkbare Herdtür.    Die Erfindung betrifft eine doppelwan  dige Tür für Herde jeder Art, die um eine  untere     wagrechte    Achse schwenkbar ist. Der  artige Türen sind bisher so ausgebildet, dass  die vordere Türwand mit der Rückwand  durch einen     guss'eisernen    Versteifungsrahmen  zusammengefügt ist. Zum Unterschied hier  von ist gemäss der Erfindung die Tür derart  ausgebildet, dass die mit einem abgebogenen  Rand versehene Vorderwand derselben mit  dem Rand der Rückwand direkt verbunden  ist.

   Nicht nur ist bei dieser Ausbildung die  Tür gut ausgesteift und erhält sie auch ein  kräftiges, gutes Aussehen, sondern der     guss-          eiserne    Versteifungsrahmen kommt in Weg  fall. Diese Ausbildung hat den weiteren  Vorteil, dass der isolierende Luftraum der  Tür     bis    zum Rand derselben vollausgenutzt  ist.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes durch       Fig.    1 in Vorderansicht mit teilweisem  Schnitt und durch     Fig.    2 im     Querschnitt    dar  gestellt.    Die ringsum mit einem abgebogenen Rand  versehene Vorderwand a der Tür ist mit der  Rückwand b am Türrand     c    direkt verbunden,  zum Beispiel durch     Verschweissung    der bei  den Ränder. Innerhalb des untern, abgeboge  nen Randteils der Vorderwand a sind an der  Rückwand<I>b</I> Rollungen d,     dl        angeordnet-,     welche die Bolzen e,     e1    aufnehmen.

   Jeder  der Bolzen e,     e'    ist mit einem Schlitz ver  sehen, in welchen je ein Ende einer Flach  feder     e2    eingreift. Die     Rollung        d'    ist     aizf     dem mit dem untern Ende des einen     (,eiten-          schenkels    des Türrahmens fest verbundenen  Bolzen     e'    lose angeordnet, während umge  kehrt die     Rollung    d auf dem im untern Ende  des andern Seitenschenkels des Türrahmen:  drehbar gelagerten Bolzen e     mittelst    einer  Schraube i festsitzt, so dass die Feder e\ beim  Öffnen der Herdtür verdreht wird und letz  tere zu schliessen trachtet.  



  Der Türrahmen f ist im untern Schenkel  mit einer     Ausnehmung    g versehen, gegen de  ren untere Kante h in der     Offenlage    der  Herdtür der untere abgebogene Randteil der      Vorderwand a derselben sich abstützt, wo  durch die Tür in annähernd -horizontaler Lage  gehalten wird.



  Double-walled oven door that swivels around a lower horizontal axis. The invention relates to a doppelwan ended door for stoves of any type, which is pivotable about a lower horizontal axis. Doors of this type have so far been designed in such a way that the front door wall is joined to the rear wall by a cast-iron stiffening frame. In contrast to this, according to the invention, the door is designed in such a way that the front wall thereof, which is provided with a bent edge, is directly connected to the edge of the rear wall.

   Not only is the door well stiffened in this design and given a strong, good appearance, but the cast iron stiffening frame is eliminated. This design has the further advantage that the insulating air space of the door is fully utilized up to the edge of the door.



  In the drawing, an embodiment example of the subject invention is provided by FIG. 1 in a front view with partial section and by FIG. 2 in cross section. The front wall a of the door, which is provided all around with a bent edge, is directly connected to the rear wall b on the door edge c, for example by welding the edges. Within the lower, bent edge part of the front wall a, on the rear wall <I> b </I> rolls d, dl are arranged which receive the bolts e, e1.

   Each of the bolts e, e 'is seen with a slot in which one end of a flat spring e2 engages. The roll d 'is loosely arranged on the bolt e' firmly connected to the lower end of one side leg of the door frame, while the other way round the roll d is arranged loosely on the bolt e rotatably mounted in the lower end of the other side leg of the door frame: a screw i is stuck so that the spring e \ is twisted when the oven door is opened and the latter tends to close.



  The door frame f is provided with a recess g in the lower leg, against de ren lower edge h in the open position of the oven door the lower bent edge part of the front wall a of the same is supported, where it is held by the door in an approximately -horizontal position.

Oven door according to claim, characterized in that rolls serving to accommodate spring-influenced pivot bolts for the door are arranged within the lower, bent edge part of the door front wall.

Oven door according to patent claim, characterized in that the lower leg of the door frame is provided with a recess, on the lower edge of which the lower, bent part of the front wall of the oven door is supported in the open position of the same.
