Description

  

  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines     stickstoffhaltigen        Küpenfarbstoffes.       Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines stickstoff  haltigen     Küpenfarbstoffes,    dadurch gekenn  zeichnet,     dass    man     Bz.1-Bei)zanthronyl-l-          amino-5-dimethylaminoanthrachition    mit ei  nem alkalischen Kondensationsmittel behan  delt.  



  Der neue Farbstoff löst sich in konzen  trierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe und  färbt Baumwolle aus blauvioletter     Küpe    in  echten     graubla,tien    Tönen.  



  Durch     Umlösen    des Farbstoffes aus kon  zentrierter Schwefelsäure wird das     Egalisie-          rungsvermögen    noch gesteigert.    <I>Beispiel:</I>    <B>50</B> Teile Bz.     1-Benzanthronyl-l-amino-5-          dimethylamijjoanthraehinon    werden allmäh  lich in eine auf<B>150-160 1'</B> gehaltene Schmelze  von<B>300</B> Teilen     Ätzkali    und<B>50</B> Teilen Alko  hol eingetragen. Die Reaktionstemperatur       lässt    man hierauf auf<B>180-200 0</B> steigen und  verdünnt nach etwa einer Stunde die Schmelze    mit Wasser.

   Der Farbstoff wird entweder  durch Ausblasen mit Luft oder durch An  säuern unter Zugabe einer geringen     hIenge     eines Oxydationsmittels, wie Wasserstoffsu  peroxyd, abgeschieden und gewaschen.

Der neue Farbstoff löst 3ich in konzen trierter Schwefelsäure mit grüner Farbe und färbt Baumwolle aus blauvioletter Küpe in echten blaugraueti Tönen.
