YoiTichtung for the regulation of company sizes. In the main patent a device is be written in which the movable con tact members of a comparison arrangement are driven by pulses.
In Figs. 5 and 6 of the main patent, such an arrangement is shown in which, for the purpose of returning the comparison arrangement, the speed of the comparison element is changed by an additional speed so that the mutual position of the two contact elements that triggers the control movement is canceled.
The present invention relates to a particular design of the return. According to the invention, a special drive motor is used for this, which brings about the additional movement of the contact elements.
An embodiment of the invention is shown in the figure. It is assumed that any two variables should be compared with one another and a control process should be triggered as soon as there is a difference between the two variables, for example between two powers or two frequencies (actual and setpoint frequency).
With 1 and 2, the two Kontaktglie are referred to. The intermediate member 1 is rotated by the Z-anchor system 8 in such a way that its rotational speed is proportional to the one of the variables to be compared, for example via the line 4 to the Z-anchor system, possibly with the interposition of a Telemeter, acts. The second of the variables to be compared drives the precompact element 2 via the Z-armature system 5.
If the rotational speeds of the links 1 and 2 match one another, then there is no contact between the contacts 6 and 7 and the intermediate link 1. The intermediate member 1 is connected to one pole of the battery 8, the other pole of which is connected to the windings of the relay 9 and 10. The others find the winding of these relays are connected to contacts 6 and 7. The relays 9 and 10 carry the contacts 11 and 12, through which the actual control process is triggered. The associated control arrangement is omitted for the sake of clarity.
The relays 9 and 10 have self-holding contacts 13 and 14, which are connected via the S-loop ring 15 to the arm 16, which rotates rigidly with the comparison element 1. The arm 16 carries a contact finger 17 which slides on the contact disk 18 which rotates with the comparison member 2. The con tact disc 18 carries a slip ring 19 which is seen at one point with an interruption ver. The contact finger 17 is arranged so that it is not in contact with the ring 19 in the neutral position of the comparative members 1 and 2. The relays 9 and 10 also carry the contacts 20 and 21, which ssen the circuit of the drive motor 22.
The contacts 20 and 21 are connected to two field winding halves of this motor in such a way that the motor rotates in different directions of rotation, depending on which of the contacts 20, 21 is closed. The drive motor 22 acts via the sun wheel 23 of the differential gear 24 on the comparison element 2, the additional speed is given when the motor 22 is running. The Z-anchor system 5 drives the comparative member 2 via the sun gear 2.5. The planetary gear 26 sits on a ver with the drive shaft for the comparison member 2 connected arm.
The arrangement works in the following way. If the variables to be compared do not agree with one another, the intermediate member 1 comes into contact with one of the contacts 6 or 7. It is assumed that there is contact between the comparison element 1 and the contact 6. In this case, the circuit of the relay 9 is closed. The current flows from the positive pole of the battery 8 via the slip ring 27, the magnetic winding of the relay 9, back to the battery B. The relay 9 thus attracts its armature.
As a result, the self-holding contact 13 is closed, which supplies the winding of the relay 9 even after the Off NEN of the contact between the intermediate member 1 and the comparison member 2 via fol lowing circuit current.
In this case, the current flows from the positive pole of the battery via the contact arm 17, the arm 16, the slip ring 15, the self-holding contact 13, the magnetic winding of the relay 9 to the negative pole of the battery B.
Since the relay 9 also closes the contact 20, the motor 22 goes into circulation, which it holds over the field winding half 29 current. The direction of rotation is chosen so that the rotational speed of the comparison member 2 is reduced when the comparison member rotate in the direction indicated by the arrows 30. When members 1 and 2 have now reached their zero position, contact between slip ring 19 and contact finger 17 ceases.
This interrupts the self-holding circuit of the relay 9, so that it lets go of its armature. The arrangement thus returns to its rest position.
If the intermediate member 1 comes into contact with the contact arm 7, the game just described is repeated, only with the difference that the relay 10 then speaks, which excites the motor 22 via the winding 31 and starts running in the opposite direction as in the case previously described.
