Description
Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wasserlöslichen Farbstoffes. Gegenstand des vorliegenden Zusatzpa tentes ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung eines wasserlöslichen Farbstoffes, welches darin be steht, dass man auf 2.5-Di(N-äthylcarbazolyl- 3'-amino)-1.4-benzochinon ein Sulfierungsmit- tel einwirken lässt.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 1000 Gewichtsteile 20 %iges Oleum, 5 Gewichtsteile Borsäure und 50 Gewichtsteile 2. 5 - Di(N - äthylcarbazolyl - 3'-amino)-1. 4- benzochinon werden 3 Stunden auf 20-30 gehalten, auf Eis gegeben, abgesaugt, mit Salzlösung neutral, gewaschen und getrocknet.
Die in guter Ausbeute entstandene Farb- stoffsulfosäure ist als Alkalisalz gut löslich und färbt die tierische, pflanzliche und Kunst faser in schönen blauen Tönen an.
Process for the preparation of a water-soluble dye. The subject of the present additional patent is a process for the preparation of a water-soluble dye, which consists in that a sulfonating agent is allowed to act on 2,5-di (N-ethylcarbazolyl-3'-amino) -1,4-benzoquinone.
<I> Example: </I> 1000 parts by weight of 20% oleum, 5 parts by weight of boric acid and 50 parts by weight of 2.5-di (N-ethylcarbazolyl-3'-amino) -1. 4-benzoquinone are kept at 20-30 for 3 hours, poured onto ice, filtered off with suction, neutral with salt solution, washed and dried.
The dyestuff sulfonic acid, which is produced in good yield, is easily soluble as an alkali salt and colors animal, vegetable and synthetic fibers in beautiful blue tones.
