Device for the automatic shutdown of electricity consumers when electricity is drawn in front of the meter. The subject of the invention is a device which completely automatically prevents theft of electrical energy, which occurs by switching on a load on the connection line in front of the meter.
Such a load, which is intentionally or accidentally connected to the line, and which would result in theft of electrical energy, since the load current does not pass the meter, immediately causes the device according to the invention to automatically switch off the entire consumer system from the network becomes. The device can be designed in such a way that the system remains switched off until an employee of the electricity company puts the breaker in its initial position.
But even without the consumer's notification that he is not receiving any electricity, which would be the case, for example, if he deliberately wanted to steal electricity, the employees of the power company can always easily determine where electricity theft is taking place by automatically switching off the System a signal lamp is switched on so that the plant employees can easily identify the suspicious system through this signal light.
The device is expediently made in such a way that the signal light can only be switched off by an employee of the factory, and further that the switch is outside the range of the power consumer, i.e. at a point where the consumer to the switch is not can get.
The changeover switch, the signal lamp and the rest of the required devices can be united in a common housing.
In the case of overhead lines, the device can be installed on top of the mast in the immediate vicinity of the fuses, when connected to an underground cable network between the cable head and the counter, preferably on the wall below a gate, in the courtyard or stairwell, at a height of approx 4 to 5 meters from the ground.
The device is triggered by means of a movable armature which is controlled by two magnetic fields in opposite directions. Since only the magnetic strength of magnetic fields is decisive for the response, the device can be designed in such a way that it can be used for both direct current and alternating current of any frequency. "The insulation of the live parts can be dimensioned in such a way that one and the same device is suitable for all voltages up to 400 volts.
In the accompanying drawings, an embodiment of the invention is presented.
Fig. 1 shows schematically the nature of the construction and the arrangement of the internal and external connections; Fig. 2 shows details of the electric magnet.
The device has two electric magnets with the same coils A and B, between which the armature Nz is made of soft iron, which is fixed on the C breaker. The latter consists of a small plate made of hard insulation material, on the lower part of which a copper contact is attached. The plate can rotate freely around the fixed axis o, whereby it with its copper part n the electrical contacts p and r einbezw. turns off.
Furthermore, a two-armed switch 1i is provided, the contact axis of which is h; H. on the one hand are directly connected to the network and on the other hand to the contacts a ,, a = respectively. h, 1) 2- lie, depending on whether the switch is held in one position by the locking hook g or is rotated into the other position due to the spring action of the spring d.
The changeover switch is connected to the external line with the terminals M, _ and M2 via the fuses S, and SZ, which are attached, for example, to the line masts and with the terminals D, and D, it is connected to the connection line 4 and the fuses e and e, connected to the counter 3. In addition to these connection lines, the connection also has two secondary lines 5.
From the circuit diagram of FIG. 1 it can be seen that the coils A and B are switched in series with the windings of the counter; In this case, however, the coil A is connected to one of the main connection lines between the network and the meter and the coil B is connected to the connection line which connects the system of the consumer with the meter. As a result, the current supplied by the network goes through the terminal M, through the switch K and the coil: 1 of the device, then through the winding of the counter 3, returns to the device through the terminal J_, here goes through the coil B and becomes only then passed into the consumer's system.
The return path of the current from the system is normal, the only difference being that the current is passed through switch K.
When the device is installed, the breaker C, the changeover switch r and the relay R must be set as shown in FIG.
When the consumer installation P is loaded, both coils A and B, which are connected in series, will carry the same current, as a result of which two magnetic fields of the same strength will form which will have opposite effects in the space between the magnets of the coils A and B . Accordingly, a neutral zone of the magnetic field forms in the middle of this space, in which the armature m is located and rests.
This neutral zone will always form in the middle of the space between the magnets of the coils A and B as long as all loads in the consumer's system are switched on according to regulations; the device does not cause any interruption of the power supply in the system. However, as soon as a load P, is connected to the connection lines in front of the meter, which would result in deliberate or accidental electricity theft, coil A will carry a higher current than coil B, since the current of this improperly switched-on load passes through coil A. and does not go through coil B, since the latter is switched on after the counter.
Therefore, the magnetic field will move in the direction of the coil B and the armature m. will be attracted by the magnet of coil A. As a result of this attraction of the armature, the interrupter C rotates about its axis 0, its copper plate n connecting the contacts p and through which the circuit of the relay R is closed; the latter is excited, attracts its armature D, which triggers the tongue I of the switch K.
The strong spring d turns the switch K, which contact closes with b, and b2, where the power supply to the system is interrupted and the signal light of the device, the incandescent lamp L, via the contacts b, </ I> and b2 is turned on.
The system in question will remain switched off until the consumer himself requests IT help from the electrical center or until the signal light of the device draws the attention of the competent inspection.
So that the corresponding system can be switched back on to the mains, it is necessary to open the cover of the housing and to put the breaker C, the order switch K and the relay B in the initial position and previously the cause of the malfunction caused by unauthorized manipulation of the system to remove.
After the production of two electric magnets with exactly the same magnetic fields encounters certain difficulties and after the flawless work of the rubbing depends on the coincidence of the position of the neutral zone of the fields and the position of the armature, one possibility of setting the position of the neutral zone provided.
This is achieved in that the electromagnetic coils are mounted adjustable in the direction of their axis, for example by means of the screws G and G_ (Fig. 2), which screws pass through elongated holes in the coil carrier.
In addition, because of the precise setting of the neutral zone, the magnetic cores of the coils are arranged adjustable to the coils, for example provided with a thread and a handle E at the outer end (Fig. 2), so that the happy in the coils along their axis moved and by means of: the screw nut F can be fixed.
A screw H (Fix. 1) is provided to adjust the sensitivity d (a rotatable interrupter C, in relation to the response to the magnetic field, by means of which the pressure of the spring contact r against the lower end of the interrupter C can be regulated .
